NetStrefa.pl is a Polish web hosting, domain registration and IT services provider operated by RXNET Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw. The company dates to 2014, with Maciej Muzyczka serving as President of the Management Board from the company's registration. Its activities extend beyond traditional hosting into website administration, data processing, telecommunications and outsourced IT support.

The service is strongly focused on Poland. The website, customer documentation and ordering environment are in Polish, while prices are quoted in PLN, usually net of VAT. An English-language version does not exist. The hosting regulations also focus the service on customers with a registered office or residence in Poland, making NetStrefa primarily a domestic provider rather than an international hosting platform.

Its main portfolio covers Shared Hosting, Domains, Email, SSL Certificates, Website Builder and IT/Helpdesk services. VPS and dedicated servers are not part of the current hosting range, so the company is most suitable for websites, email services and conventional business hosting rather than customers needing their own virtual or physical servers.

Shared hosting is divided into four plans. Micro provides 50 GB of space, unmetered transfer, five hosted domains, two SQL databases and ten email accounts. Basic raises these limits to 100 GB, 25 domains, 25 SQL databases and 50 mailboxes. Business includes 300 GB of space with unlimited domains, SQL databases and email accounts, while Premium increases storage to 1 TB and retains unlimited domains, databases, mailboxes and data transfer.

All hosting packages use SSD NVMe storage and include a free primary .pl or .eu domain, free SSL certificates, SiteJet Builder with AI and SEO functions, dedicated CPU and RAM resource allocations and HTTP/2 support. The environment supports PHP 5.x, 7.x and 8.x, as well as Python, Node.js, CGI and Ruby on Rails. SSH access is included, making the plans more flexible than entry-level hosting products limited entirely to a graphical interface.

WordPress, Joomla and other popular applications can be installed directly, while MySQL and PostgreSQL database support is included. FTP and FTPS access, CRON tasks, Rewrite rules and application-management functions cover most requirements of ordinary CMS, business and development websites.

Security includes Imunify360 malware protection, antivirus scanning, DDoS protection, brute-force protection, hotlink protection and filtering of suspicious requests. Email accounts include webmail, anti-spam protection, autoresponders and SSL/TLS encryption.

Backup retention is one of the stronger features of the shared hosting service. Backup history reaches up to 31 days, while regular backup copies are stored using a rotation system on an external server. Customers can also create and restore their own backup copies.

Domain registration is another important part of the business. NetStrefa supports Polish, European, global and selected national domain extensions, including .pl, .eu, .com, .net, .org, .biz, .info, .de, .it, .no, .uk, .co and .in. Registration, renewal, transfer and restoration prices are handled separately, with discounts available for longer renewal periods.

The company also operates a substantial Helpdesk and IT outsourcing service. Remote support covers Windows, Linux and macOS systems and can assist with operating-system problems, application configuration, email clients, backups, malware removal, software updates, printers, scanners and general IT administration. Business IT outsourcing expands this into workstation management, networks, software, websites and email infrastructure.
