LH.pl is a Polish hosting provider from Poznań, active since 2002 and currently operating as LH.pl Sp. z o.o. The company has developed from a classic local hosting brand into a broader Polish infrastructure provider focused on hosting, domains, email, cloud servers, SSL certificates, WordPress tools, e-commerce hosting, and managed server administration. It is a good fit for small businesses, agencies, freelancers, WordPress users, online stores, and Polish companies that prefer domestic support and Polish data-center infrastructure.

Their current portfolio includes Shared Hosting, WordPress Hosting, WooCommerce Hosting, PrestaShop Hosting, Magento Hosting, Shopware Hosting, Cloud Server, Domains, Email, SSL Certificates, AI Website Builder, Server Administration, qualified electronic signatures, and qualified seals. This is a much wider offer than the older WHTop profile suggests, especially because LH.pl now has stronger specialization around WordPress, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento, and Shopware projects.

Shared hosting is sold under familiar plan names such as Orange, Kiwi, Mango, and Apple. The packages include SSD/NVMe storage, unmetered transfer, free Let’s Encrypt SSL, daily backup with 30-day retention, SPF/DKIM/DMARC protection, WordPress optimization, PrestaShop optimization on higher plans, SSH on selected plans, Redis on Mango and Apple, HTTP/3, and PHP support up to PHP 8.5. For older applications, some plans also support legacy PHP versions starting from 5.6, which is useful for customers still maintaining older CMS installations.

The WordPress offer is one of the strongest parts of LH.pl. The hosting line includes a secure WordPress autoinstaller, free migration, free WordPress and WooCommerce courses, and a WordPress-based AI website builder. The AI builder creates a standard WordPress installation, so users are not locked into a proprietary website platform. It works through the LH.pl customer panel and is especially useful for beginners who want a quick starting point for a company website, blog, portfolio, or small online store.

For cloud services, LH.pl provides managed Cloud Server plans based on AMD EPYC CPUs, DDR4 ECC RAM, SSD/NVMe storage, KVM virtualization, DirectAdmin, 7-day backup in an independent location, 24/7 monitoring, and server administration included. This is not just a low-cost unmanaged VPS. It is more suitable for customers who want a virtual server but still need professional administration and monitoring.

The e-commerce cloud offer is also important. Magento and Shopware hosting are based on a managed cloud configuration with 4 CPU AMD EPYC, 16 GB RAM, 50 GB SSD/NVMe, 24/7 monitoring, 99.5% SLA, 7-day backup, DirectAdmin, Premium management, and support for technologies such as Varnish, Redis, Elasticsearch, Solr, PHP, MySQL, Nginx, Apache, and PWA-related stacks. This makes LH.pl more attractive for Polish online stores than a basic shared-hosting provider.

LH.pl has a modern Polish website and a practical user experience. The design is not an "old days" narrow layout and does not feel outdated. The main limitation is localization: the website is strongly Polish-language oriented, and a complete English version was not found. For Polish customers this is not a disadvantage, but foreign customers should expect most sales, help, legal, and support content to be in Polish.

💰 Price & Cost

Prices are listed in PLN and usually shown as both net and gross values, with Polish VAT reflected in the gross price. The pricing model uses attractive first-year rates on shared hosting, followed by higher renewal pricing. This makes the entry cost appealing, but customers should always calculate the second-year cost before ordering.

For shared hosting, Kiwi includes 10 GB SSD/NVMe and is listed from 60.00 PLN net for the first year, while Mango includes 30 GB SSD/NVMe and is listed from 37.50 PLN net for the first year. Apple includes 100 GB SSD/NVMe and starts from 100.00 PLN net for the first year. Renewal prices are higher, especially when support for older PHP versions is added.

For domains, LH.pl covers hundreds of extensions and is an authorized registrar for Polish and European domains. Current examples include .pl, .com.pl, .eu, and .com, with .com listed at 49 PLN net. Domain transfer is also part of the offer, and global/european transfers normally involve renewal rules depending on the extension.

Cloud Server pricing starts with 1C4G at 234 PLN net / 287.82 PLN gross per month, including 1 CPU AMD EPYC, 4 GB RAM DDR4 ECC, SSD/NVMe storage, 7-day backup, 24/7 support and monitoring, SLA 99.5%, and DirectAdmin. Higher plans include 2C4G, 4C16G, and 8C32G.

Magento and Shopware cloud hosting start from 689 PLN net / 847.47 PLN gross per month for the managed E-commerce Cloud configuration. This price includes Premium management, technical monitoring, e-commerce-oriented configuration, and DirectAdmin.

The refund and trial policy is better than many local hosts. Shared hosting and WooCommerce hosting include a 14-day free test, and the hosting offer includes a 30-day money-back guarantee when customers are not satisfied. Payment options include payment card, BLIK, and traditional bank transfer, with pro forma invoices and fast payment handling. LH.pl also works with Tpay for e-commerce payment integrations and related merchant services.

🏢 Data Center

LH.pl uses Polish infrastructure, with servers located in Warsaw, Poland. Their infrastructure includes three independent server locations in Warsaw, using facilities associated with ATMAN and Netia. This is an important advantage for Poland-focused websites because domestic hosting can reduce latency for local visitors and simplify data-location expectations for Polish businesses.

The company owns and operates more than 100 server platforms from vendors such as Dell and Supermicro. Infrastructure features include SSD/NVMe storage, HA architecture, redundant network and server components, daily backups with 30-day retention on hosting, independent backup locations, Web Application Firewall protection, DDoS and brute-force protection, and regular server monitoring. Cloud Server uses KVM virtualization and CEPH storage.

The official availability commitment is 99.5% SLA. This appears most clearly on Cloud Server, Magento, Shopware, and managed server-related services, where LH.pl combines monitoring, administration, and emergency response.

Network autonomy is another positive point. LH.pl operates AS203417, is active under RIPE/LIR status, and originates both IPv4 and IPv6 space. Network connectivity includes Netia, ATMAN, and Exatel as upstreams, with internet exchange presence at Equinix Warsaw and THINX Warsaw. Their infrastructure information also lists independent connectivity through Netia, Exatel, ATMAN, THINX, and Equinix / former PLIX, with total link capacity stated at 50 Gbit/s.

✍️ Customer Support

Customer support is one of LH.pl’s stronger selling points. Support channels include technical ticket/contact form, email, live chat, phone, knowledge base, blog, and a 24/7 emergency outage phone number for service failures outside normal office hours.

Live chat is available Monday-Friday from 08:00 to 22:00, Saturday from 08:00 to 16:00, and Sunday from 08:00 to 16:00. The main phone line is available Monday-Friday from 08:00 to 20:00, Saturday from 08:00 to 16:00, and Sunday from 08:00 to 16:00. The emergency outage number works outside office hours and is reserved for real service failures.

Cloud Server customers receive a higher operational support level through server monitoring and administration. Standard management includes initial server configuration, DirectAdmin setup, system and backup configuration, updates, security patching, monitoring, and backup restoration assistance. Premium management is more appropriate for e-commerce stores, especially Magento and Shopware installations that need closer monitoring and faster reaction to resource problems.

Migration support is also a major advantage. LH.pl provides free migration of websites and mailboxes from another provider, with a migration assistant guiding the transfer. This makes the service friendlier for customers who are moving from another Polish host and do not want to handle DNS, email, databases, and files manually.

The help area is active and useful, with tutorials for WordPress, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, domains, email, SSL, DirectAdmin, payments, backups, and server management. Their educational content is especially helpful for non-technical business users.

🔨 Control Panel

LH.pl uses its own Panel Klienta for service, billing, domain, hosting, SSL, email, and WordPress installation management. This in-house customer panel is also where users access the WordPress autoinstaller and the AI website builder.

For Cloud Server, Magento cloud, and Shopware cloud, the primary hosting/server control panel is DirectAdmin. DirectAdmin is included with Linux cloud configurations and gives customers a familiar interface for websites, email, databases, DNS zones, FTP, SSL, and general hosting administration.

For WordPress customers, the control-panel experience is easier than a plain server panel because LH.pl adds its own WordPress installation workflow, AI builder integration, SSL activation, backup tools, and customer support layer. This makes the service accessible to beginners while still giving more advanced users SSH, Redis, PHP selection, and DirectAdmin on higher/server plans.

🎯 Conclusion

LH.pl is a strong Polish hosting provider for customers who want local infrastructure, Polish support, WordPress optimization, e-commerce hosting, managed cloud servers, and practical migration assistance. The company is more mature than a simple shared-hosting shop, with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, RIPE/LIR status, its own ASN, Polish data-center locations, and a wider technical portfolio covering cloud, server administration, domains, SSL, and AI-assisted WordPress site creation.

The main strengths are free migration, 14-day free testing, 30-day money-back guarantee, daily 30-day backups, SSD/NVMe storage, DirectAdmin cloud servers, 99.5% SLA on managed cloud services, strong Polish routing, and support options that include live chat, phone, email, helpdesk/contact form, and emergency outage reporting.

The main caution is the renewal cost. First-year shared hosting prices can be very attractive, but renewals are much higher, so the total cost over two or three years should be checked carefully. Another limitation is language: LH.pl is mainly a Polish-language provider, so international users who require English onboarding and English support documentation may prefer a more globally localized host.

Overall, LH.pl is recommended for Polish websites, agencies, freelancers, WordPress users, WooCommerce shops, PrestaShop stores, and businesses that want a managed step up from basic shared hosting into cloud infrastructure without losing human support.
