*📜 Plan description

Plus Cloud scales up resources for growing sites: host up to 7 websites with unlimited NVMe storage and unmetered bandwidth. RAM increases to about 2 GB and CPU to 2 cores, providing additional concurrency for busier blogs, small storefronts, or agency micro-sites. You get free and automatic SSL for every domain, nightly and weekly backups, and free migrations to simplify moving multiple sites. LiteSpeed caching is included for one-click acceleration, with options to tune PHP versions per site. Security is a priority with always-on DDoS mitigation and an AI web application firewall scanning traffic and files in real time. The plan keeps email, subdomain, and parked domain features, plus cPanel for full management of files, databases, and DNS. It is backed by a 30-day money-back policy and a 99.9% uptime commitment, and it runs on AMD EPYC compute in US facilities. This tier is a good fit if you’ve outgrown a single-site starter plan and want space to expand without hitting limits.

All NameHero shared plans run on a private cloud designed for speed and resilience: AMD EPYC compute, NVMe RAID 1 storage, LiteSpeed Web Server with built-in caching, free and automatic Let’s Encrypt SSL, and redundant 20 Gbps uplinks. The platform emphasizes security with always-on DDoS protection and an AI-powered WAF, plus automatic daily backups you can restore from. WordPress installs automatically, updates can be automated, and WP-CLI is available. Support is offered around the clock via live chat and tickets with phone assistance during business hours, and there is a 30-day money-back guarantee. Datacenter presence is in the US, and the company states a 99.9% uptime target.

📄 Editorial Review

NameHero is a U.S. hosting provider (founded in 2015 by Ryan Gray, current CEO of the company) built around a private-cloud platform and a "SuperHero" 24/7 support ethos. They’ve grown quickly, showing up at industry events (Affiliate Summit, AdTech, HostingCon) and positioning themselves as a performance-first, security-aware alternative for individuals, small businesses, agencies, and resellers.

Their portfolio covers Shared Hosting, Managed WordPress, Reseller Hosting, Managed VPS, Cloud Dedicated, Domain Registration, Email (HeroicMail), Gaming servers, and even Cloud GPU instances for AI/ML workloads. The platform leans on LiteSpeed, MariaDB, AMD EPYC CPUs, NVMe storage, and an AI-driven Security Shield (DDoS mitigation, WAF, malware scanning). WordPress plans bundle staging, auto core updates, SSL, and caching; resellers get 100% white-label hosting with WHM, a WHMCS/Blesta license option, and Cloudflare integrations. VPS and cloud dedicated servers ride their private cloud with on-demand scaling, full root access, InterWorx licensing, and optional Softaculous. An AI website builder (HeroBuilder) and enterprise hosting tiers round out the stack for teams that want hands-on help and compliance-minded deployments.

😠 How can I qualify Namehero LLC, of so let me tell you about my experience, I had Webhosting, domains, and email's with them. The Webhosting is one of the slowest I ever had, no SSL, very expensive if you want to buy it, it is impossible to use WordPress because they have incompatibilities with MYSQL and you have to use PHP 7.0 to make it work, many themes and plugins work only with PHP 8.0. Domain, they use a company called Internet.bs (BS is exactly the kind of service they give) they normally "FAKE" emails as if they are coming from ICANN simulating delays. For a regular transfer of a domain, go to the previous register (PR) and remove the lock and get the authorization code, go to the new register (NR) and start the transfer with the authorization code, then go back to the PR and agree with the transfer and DONE. With Namehero LLC you have to wait for Internet.bs to release the domain, more than 5 days after. Email, the server they use keeps blocking the IP number from my home, I called 3 times, every time saying DO NOT BLOCK MY IP AGAIN, but it keeps happening. Imagine having to use a VPN to get your emails. And talking about privacy, they let you send emails only if they like the subject, if somebody sends you an email saying amazon account (maybe a scam) they will never let you reply to this email. Even in a regular workday, if you have an email interchange with coworkers, they don't let you send more than 50 emails in one hour. And a very dark way to do business, they like to ask for copies of ID and Credit card, when they really have no authority to ask for it, not a governmental office or a financial institution. They are a private entity. And what about the storage of all these copies.
