MyArena is a Russian hosting provider focused primarily on game servers and related infrastructure, operating through LLC RS-Media (ООО «РС-Медиа») in Moscow. The business was established in 2009, with the legal entity registered on August 27, 2009, giving the company a long operating history in the Russian game-hosting market.

LLC RS-Media is owned equally by Denis Gennadyevich Zaikin and Ilya Vladimirovich Kostryukov, each holding a 50% share. Denis Zaikin became general director in April 2026. The company operates as a Russian microbusiness, while its 2025 revenue was approximately RUB 90.1 million.

Gaming remains the core business, although the current portfolio extends well beyond simple game-server rental. Services include Game Server Hosting, KVM VDS, Cloud VDS, Dedicated Servers, Web Hosting, Colocation, HLTV Hosting and TeamSpeak 3 Hosting. The combination of its own autonomous network, game-oriented DDoS mitigation and purpose-built server management tools makes MyArena more infrastructure-focused than many small game-hosting brands.

The game-server catalog includes Minecraft, Counter-Strike 1.6, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Counter-Strike 2, Counter-Strike: Source v34, Counter-Strike: Source, Counter-Strike: Condition Zero, GTA San Andreas Multiplayer, GTA Multi Theft Auto, Garry's Mod, Team Fortress 2, Left 4 Dead, Left 4 Dead 2, Rust, Unturned, Hurtworld, ARK: Survival Evolved, Day of Defeat: Source and Half-Life 2: Deathmatch. HLTV is available separately, making the service particularly suitable for long-established Counter-Strike communities.

Game-server plans can be configured according to player slots or, for supported titles, through PRO configurations that allocate resources more directly. The management environment includes FTP access, configuration management, maps, plugins, mods, monitoring, automated restarts, schedules, statistics, banners, Fast Download/content hosting and co-owner permissions, with the exact functions depending on the game.

PRO configurations are particularly useful for resource-heavy games. Minecraft PRO servers, for example, are based more directly on assigned computing resources rather than traditional slot limits.

DDoS mitigation is tightly integrated with the gaming platform. MyArena uses software and hardware filtering designed around individual game protocols rather than treating all UDP traffic identically. Protection is available for Counter-Strike variants, Minecraft, Rust, GTA, Garry's Mod, Team Fortress, ARK, Unturned, TeamSpeak, FiveM, Arma and numerous other game services. Minecraft protection also includes Layer 7 filtering, bot mitigation, network and country restrictions, trusted-player controls and optional handling of VPN or proxy connections.

VDS Hosting uses full KVM virtualization and provides customers with complete virtual-machine control. Standard KVM VDS is suitable for conventional server workloads, while Cloud VDS adds replication, live migration and automatic restart on another node if the original hardware node becomes unavailable.

Cloud VDS also has a stronger backup system. It includes seven daily backups, compared with three backups on standard VDS. Cloud backup restoration is substantially faster, and new cloud instances can normally be deployed very quickly through the automated management environment.

The Cloud VDS infrastructure includes systems based on Intel Xeon processors as well as high-frequency Intel Core and AMD Ryzen processors. Current options extend through Ryzen 5950X, Ryzen 7950X and Ryzen 9950X platforms with NVMe storage. Supported operating systems include CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu, Fedora and Windows.

Dedicated Servers cover both economical older-generation hardware and modern high-performance gaming systems. Entry-level configurations include Xeon E3-class hardware, while premium systems use newer Intel Core and AMD Ryzen processors. Current high-performance options include Ryzen 7 9700X, Ryzen 7 9800X3D and Ryzen 9 9950X processors with DDR5 memory and NVMe storage.

This hardware selection is particularly appropriate for game servers because high clock speed and strong single-thread performance are often more important than simply increasing the number of CPU cores.

Dedicated servers include game-oriented DDoS protection and remote management features. Customers can reinstall the operating system, monitor traffic and reboot systems remotely. Additional IPv4 addresses, additional protected game services, website protection, Minecraft protection and higher-capacity bandwidth options can be added separately.

Colocation Hosting is also available for customers that prefer to use their own server hardware. Systems are hosted in Moscow with redundant power, cooling and Internet connectivity. Colocation management includes traffic monitoring, remote reboot and automated operating-system installation, while IP-KVM access can be arranged when required. Pricing depends on equipment dimensions, power consumption, PSU configuration and related requirements.

MyArena still operates Web Hosting, although this is a secondary service compared with game hosting and server infrastructure. Packages include free SSL certificates, daily backups, DDoS protection, DNS management, FTP access, MySQL databases and resource statistics.

The web-hosting environment also includes several game-community applications such as CSBans, SourceBans, PsychoStats and HLstatsX CE. This makes the service particularly practical for clan websites, statistics portals and community sites associated with hosted game servers.

PHP versions from 5.4 through PHP 8.5 are available on the main hosting packages. A number of potentially dangerous PHP functions are disabled, including exec, shell_exec, system, proc_open, passthru and popen, making these plans better suited to conventional websites, CMS installations and game-community applications than software requiring unrestricted server-side command execution.

A separate GameCMS Hosting package provides 1 GB of storage and three databases. GameCMS hosting uses a separate product structure and cannot simply be converted into a standard web-hosting package or vice versa.

HLTV Hosting remains available for Counter-Strike communities requiring continuous match recording. The management environment includes server status, RCON functions, scheduled recording, FTP access, demo management, statistics, configuration tools and access permissions for additional administrators.

TeamSpeak 3 Hosting is available as another specialized gaming service, with slot-based configuration, DDoS protection, Linux-based infrastructure and MyArena's own management system.

The company primarily serves Russian-speaking customers. The website and management information are Russian-only, and no multi-language/localized version exists. Prices are denominated in Russian rubles (RUB). Since September 2025, services have also been subject to 5% VAT, which is incorporated into the ordering process.

The website itself has an older desktop-oriented design and is less polished than modern cloud-hosting interfaces. The contract and documentation areas also retain a traditional MediaWiki layout. Functionality remains extensive, but navigation and presentation are clearly oriented toward long-term existing customers rather than a modern international cloud audience.
