MVMNet is the hosting and Internet-services brand operated by Moviement Srl, an Italian company based in Padua. Its business history dates to 1996, while ISP operations under Moviement have been active since 2002. The company combines web hosting with domain registration, VPS, dedicated servers, colocation, professional email, cloud backup, SSL certificates, PEC certified email and several business communication services.

Domain services are an important part of the business. Moviement is an accredited registrar with Registro.it and EURid, works directly with CentralNic-supported extensions and is a RIPE NCC member/LIR. More than 700 domain extensions are available, including country-code domains and newer generic TLDs. Domain accounts include DNS management, redirects, renewal controls and privacy options where supported. Reseller pricing is also available through prepaid account credit.

Shared hosting is available for both Linux and Windows environments. The Windows range includes HOME, NO LIMITS, PROFESSIONAL and UNLIMITED TOP packages, with combinations of domain registration, email, SSL, MySQL databases, backups, SSD-accelerated storage, IPv6, HTTP/2, antivirus and antispam protection. Backup retention extends for up to four weeks, with the backup frequency depending on the selected package.

For larger workloads, MVMNet provides Cloud VPS, Dedicated Servers and Housing/Colocation. VPS systems support Windows and Linux and use VMware virtualization. Dedicated servers can be configured with Windows or Linux, customizable storage and memory, dedicated or flat-rate bandwidth and full administrative access. Customers can choose either self-managed or fully managed administration, with Plesk or cPanel available when a graphical control panel is preferred.

The Cloud Backup platform provides workstation and server backup, synchronization and file sharing. Data is encrypted with AES-256 before transmission and stored in the company's Padua infrastructure. Snapshot history extends across the previous 14 days, and capacity can be increased when required. Server configurations support environments including Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server and Exchange.

Professional email is provided through Flexmail, using IMAP, POP3 and SMTP with TLS, webmail, authenticated SMTP and configurable spam and antivirus filtering. Higher-end packages increase storage and filtering capabilities. MailAdmin is available for centralized mailbox administration and can also support multi-tenant and reseller environments.

Italian businesses can also order PEC certified email, supplied through InfoCert (infocert.it). PEC Base and PEC Personal configurations are available, together with notification and higher-volume sending options.

Additional products include DV, OV, EV and wildcard SSL certificates, Newsletter Manager, SMS services, hosted eCommerce and Webdrive Storage. The eCommerce platform supports mobile-compatible storefronts and scales from smaller catalogs to configurations with unlimited products and storage.

The service is focused primarily on Italy. Pricing is in EUR (€) and the storefront and support content are in Italian. No multi-language/localized version exist.
