Mercantile Office Systems Pvt. Ltd. (MOS) is a long-established Nepalese information technology company headquartered in Kathmandu. The wider Mercantile organization traces its roots to 1951, Mercantile Traders entered the computer business in 1983, and Mercantile Office Systems was established in 1985. Founder and CEO Sanjib Raj Bhandari has played a central role in the company and the broader Mercantile technology group.

MOS is primarily an enterprise IT, computer hardware, software and office-automation company rather than a conventional web hosting provider. Its historical connection with Internet services in Nepal comes through the wider Mercantile group. Mercantile Communications Pvt. Ltd. began Internet operations on a test basis in 1993 and became a separate company in 1994.
