Its services are designed mainly for experienced infrastructure customers rather than ordinary website owners. Conventional shared hosting, reseller hosting, managed WordPress and entry-level VPS packages are not part of its service range.

The dedicated-server portfolio is divided according to network profile. KR CNDIA Servers use routes optimized for mainland China, with expected latency of around 50 ms, bandwidth choices between 30 Mbps and 1 Gbps and unmetered traffic. Customers can select datacenter, ISP or native IPv4 addressing. Hardware ranges from Xeon E3 systems to dual Xeon E5 and Xeon Platinum configurations, normally with SSD storage and provisioning within approximately 15 minutes.

KR CNDIA-Pro Servers add CN2 connectivity for customers requiring stronger mainland China routing. Latency is normally around 30 ms, while most configurations support bandwidth between 30 Mbps and 200 Mbps. The KR GLBDIA Servers category is optimized for South Korean and international traffic. Internal Korean latency can be around 3 ms, while available connectivity can reach 10 Gbps. Dedicated servers include account-level tools for power control, restarts, rescue mode and operating-system installation. The GPU Server service is intended for rendering, machine learning, data processing and other accelerated workloads. Support for enterprise applications such as SAP HANA and Oracle makes it more capable than a basic file-storage service.

The Special Servers category includes dedicated servers supplied with Korean ISP-type IP addresses. These systems are suitable for applications requiring locally recognized connectivity, including region-sensitive services. The available configuration begins with dual Xeon E5 processors, at least 24 cores, unmetered traffic and bandwidth starting at 30 Mbps.

Standalone IPv4 Address service remains part of the catalog, although its product route is currently unavailable and active pricing or allocation conditions are not accessible.

The website supports English together with Arabic, Azerbaijani, Catalan, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Estonian, Persian, French, German, Hebrew, Hungarian, Italian, Macedonian, Norwegian, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish and Ukrainian.
