📄 Editorial Review

MaxDedicated operates under TenaMax International Inc. and has been active since 2000, building a broad hosting portfolio around shared hosting, reseller hosting, domains, software licensing, storage systems, and high-bandwidth dedicated servers. The company is particularly oriented toward customers who need inexpensive hosting or dedicated infrastructure with large traffic allocations rather than only conventional small-business website hosting.

The cPanel Web Hosting range is suitable for personal websites, WordPress installations, small companies, and development projects. The entry package includes 25 GB of storage and 100 GB of monthly bandwidth, while higher plans increase those resources or provide unlimited storage and traffic. The hosting environment includes cPanel, free SSL certificates, Softaculous, SitePad, CloudLinux, CageFS, Imunify360, multiple PHP versions, Node.js, Perl, Ruby, Python, databases, email accounts, FTP access, backups, and free website migrations.

The cPanel Reseller Hosting packages use cPanel and WHM and support white-label hosting through private nameservers. Customers can create unlimited cPanel accounts, while overselling is permitted, making this service practical for web designers, agencies, and smaller hosting companies. WHMCS can also be added for an additional monthly fee.

A separate Plesk Web Hosting and Plesk Reseller Hosting range is available for customers who prefer Plesk Obsidian. These plans combine Apache and nginx, SSL management, WordPress administration, Git, SiteJet, multiple PHP versions, Laravel, Node.js, backup functionality, and additional security features. Plesk reseller plans also support private nameservers and optional WHMCS integration.

Dedicated hosting represents a substantial part of MaxDedicated's business. The Starter Dedicated Servers include both older dual-Xeon hardware and Xeon E3 systems, generally combined with large bandwidth allowances or unmetered Gigabit connectivity. Remote hardware management through IPMI is available on compatible servers, and IPv6 is supported on several configurations.

The Mass Storage Servers are designed for backup repositories, media archives, large datasets, and other storage-intensive applications. Systems can be configured with 12, 24, or 36 enterprise drives, while larger customized configurations can reach several hundred terabytes and potentially around 1 PB of storage.

Bandwidth-heavy applications can use separate 1 Gbps, 10 Gbps, and 40 Gbps unmetered dedicated server ranges. The 1 Gbps line includes Xeon, AMD Ryzen, and AMD EPYC systems. The 10 Gbps range includes deployments in locations such as Chicago and Atlanta, while 40 Gbps systems are available in locations including Denver and Atlanta. Custom network configurations can extend to 100 Gbps for projects requiring considerably more capacity.

Domain registration is available alongside hosting, while the software-license catalog is unusually extensive. Available server-management products include cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin, Virtualizor, SolusVM, LiteSpeed, CloudLinux, KernelCare, Softaculous, Imunify360, and cPGuard. Windows Server, Windows desktop editions, and Microsoft SQL Server licensing are also part of the catalog.

Some software products use shared or remotely validated licensing rather than a conventional license purchased directly from the original software developer. This can reduce software costs substantially, but businesses with strict vendor-support or software-compliance requirements should confirm the licensing model before deploying those products in important production environments.

The website is available in English and prices are primarily listed in US dollars (USD). Some older sections remain alongside newer product information, resulting in occasional differences in founding references, uptime percentages, promotional prices, server locations, and company information. For expensive dedicated configurations in particular, the exact hardware, location, bandwidth commitment, recurring price, and applicable SLA should be confirmed in the final order.
