LogicBoxes is much more than a conventional retail web hosting company. Its core business is centered on automation, wholesale services, domain reselling and registrar infrastructure for hosting companies, domain resellers, ICANN-accredited registrars, registries, ISPs and telecommunications businesses. Alongside that platform, it maintains a broad portfolio covering domain names, Linux and Windows hosting, reseller hosting, cloud hosting, WordPress, VPS, dedicated servers, business email, Google Workspace, website builders, SSL certificates, website security and backup services.

The company was established in 2003 as part of Directi, with Bhavin Turakhia among its founders. LogicBoxes developed into the software and automation arm serving domain registrars and hosting businesses. In January 2014, Endurance International Group completed the acquisition of several Directi web-presence businesses, including LogicBoxes, ResellerClub, BigRock and WebHosting.info. The operation subsequently became part of the Newfold Digital corporate group following the evolution of Endurance International Group.

LogicBoxes has built considerable scale in the domain industry, with more than 5 million domains, over 85 ICANN registrar partners, more than 100,000 resellers, and business coverage extending across more than 195 countries. Its experience with ICANN accreditation is particularly notable, with a significant number of accredited registrars having used its consultancy and automation services.

At the center of the platform is OrderBox, a SaaS automation system designed to handle order management, provisioning, billing, customer accounts, reseller hierarchies, pricing, taxation, localization and payment processing. It supports multiple reseller levels, multiple currencies, multiple languages and white-label operation. Businesses can use a customizable storefront or integrate their own websites and applications directly through the HTTPS API. Integration with third-party billing platforms such as WHMCS is also possible.

The Registrar Automation Program provides ICANN-compliant automation, registry connectivity, migration services, compliance assistance, domain provisioning and access to additional products. The separate ICANN Accreditation Program assists prospective registrars with documentation, application procedures, communications with ICANN, registry relationships and operational testing. LogicBoxes also supplies automation for ccTLD registries, new-gTLD operators, ISPs, telecommunications businesses and larger strategic partners.

Its domain portfolio covers 800+ TLDs, giving resellers a very broad range of extensions from a single platform. Domain registration can be combined with DNS management, privacy services, email and other web products, making the platform suitable for businesses that want to build bundled domain and hosting packages.

Linux Shared Hosting uses NVMe SSD storage and cPanel. The Standard package includes one hosted domain, 20 GB NVMe storage, 200 GB data transfer, 10 email accounts, free SSL and one-click application installation. Larger Business and Pro plans increase storage, domain and email allowances, with higher plans also providing unmetered traffic. Softaculous is included for installation of applications such as WordPress, Joomla, Drupal and Magento, while SSH access is available for Linux hosting accounts.

Windows Shared Hosting remains available separately and uses Plesk. This gives resellers the ability to offer both Linux/PHP hosting and Microsoft-oriented hosting through the same wholesale platform.

The Linux Reseller Hosting range is intended for businesses operating their own hosting brands. Entry configurations start with 50 GB of NVMe storage and 25 cPanel accounts, with larger packages increasing storage and the number of hosting accounts. WHM and cPanel provide account management, while Softaculous handles application installation. White-labeling, automated provisioning and integration with OrderBox make the reseller platform considerably more useful than a standalone reseller hosting account.

Cloud Hosting provides a shared-hosting style environment backed by more scalable infrastructure. Plans use cPanel and include SSD storage, email and free SSL. CPU and RAM resources can be scaled, while Varnish caching, load distribution and automated migration or failover improve performance and availability. This product sits between traditional shared hosting and self-managed VPS hosting.

WordPress Hosting combines WordPress deployment with managed updates, SSD infrastructure, caching, backup options and security features. Larger packages provide additional CPU, RAM, website capacity and visitor allowances, making the service suitable for more demanding WordPress installations.

The Linux KVM VPS range uses modern virtualization and storage technologies including KVM, NVMe storage and OpenStack-based provisioning. Customers receive root access together with SSH and VNC management. Configurations range from smaller VPS packages with 2 GB RAM through considerably larger systems with up to 32 GB RAM and several hundred gigabytes of NVMe storage. Private networking between compatible VPS instances is available, and additional IP addresses can be ordered.

Linux Dedicated Servers use AMD EPYC resources, NVMe storage, full root access and OpenStack provisioning. Current configurations range from smaller 4 vCPU systems with 32 GB RAM and 500 GB NVMe storage to significantly larger servers with 12 vCPU, 96 GB RAM and 2 TB NVMe storage. Migration assistance, additional IP addresses and optional hosting-management software can be added where required.

A separate Windows Dedicated Server line is available with Remote Desktop administration. Some configurations continue to reference Windows Server 2012 R2 and Windows Server 2016 together with older server hardware, so customers planning a new Windows deployment should confirm the exact operating system and hardware supplied before ordering. The Linux VPS and dedicated-server range is noticeably more current, particularly through its NVMe, KVM, OpenStack and AMD EPYC infrastructure.

Email services form another important part of the catalog. Business Email provides 5 GB mailboxes, custom-domain email addresses, Roundcube webmail, mobile access, calendars and autoresponders. Enterprise Email increases mailbox capacity to 30 GB and adds more collaboration-oriented functionality. The underlying email infrastructure uses redundant shared storage and is designed around 99.999% availability.

LogicBoxes also resells Google Workspace, including Business Starter, Business Standard and Business Plus. These packages provide Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Calendar, Meet and the wider Workspace productivity environment.

Website creation services include both website-builder packages and Weebly. Entry plans are suitable for smaller websites, blogs and basic email requirements, while larger packages increase storage, page limits and e-commerce capabilities.

Security and continuity products include SSL certificates, SiteLock and Xcitium Website Backup. SSL options range from inexpensive domain-validated certificates through wildcard and EV certificates, with warranty levels depending on the selected product. SiteLock provides malware and vulnerability scanning, while Xcitium adds scheduled website backups with different storage capacities and numbers of protected websites.

The greatest advantage of LogicBoxes becomes apparent when several of these products are combined. A reseller can manage domains, hosting, servers, email, SSL, website creation tools and security services through one automation environment rather than operating a collection of unrelated supplier systems.
