The company started as a reseller hosting business and later expanded its infrastructure and service range to cover domain registration, SSD shared hosting, reseller hosting, managed VPS and dedicated servers. Its services are strongly oriented toward customers in Bangladesh, with most consumer hosting prices quoted in BDT, while VPS plans also include USD pricing for international customers. English is the primary website language, while Bengali content is also available through the company blog.

The Shared Web Hosting range includes Classic Simple, Classic Big and Classic Jumbo. Classic Simple provides 3 GB SSD storage, 100 GB bandwidth, hosting for one website, 10 databases, 10 email accounts and 10 subdomains. Classic Big increases the allocation to 5 GB SSD, 250 GB bandwidth and three websites, together with 50 databases, 50 email accounts and 50 subdomains. Classic Jumbo provides 10 GB SSD storage, 500 GB bandwidth and support for ten websites, with limits of 100 databases, email accounts and subdomains.

Shared hosting includes free website migration, free SSL certificates, WordPress management, daily backups, firewall protection and a premium hosting control panel. The environment uses SSD storage and AlmaLinux, with server-level security measures including network firewalling, DDoS protection and malware or virus scanning. Daily server backups provide an additional recovery layer, although customers remain responsible for maintaining their own independent copies because backups are not guaranteed as a permanent customer backup service.

The Reseller Hosting range is suitable for developers, agencies and smaller companies that want to resell hosting under their own branding. Individual reseller accounts can receive up to 1 GB RAM and one CPU core, while the platform uses 1 Gbit/s connectivity. Private nameservers, white-label operation and a free .COM domain for the lifetime of the reseller service are included. Overselling is not permitted. One particularly useful feature for smaller hosting businesses is white-label back-end support, allowing KeenHost technicians to assist reseller customers without replacing the reseller's own identity.

The VPS service uses Xen virtualization and is sold as a fully managed platform. Pro 2GB includes 2 GB RAM, one CPU core, 30 GB SSD storage and 1 TB monthly traffic. Plus 4GB provides 4 GB RAM, four CPU cores, 60 GB SSD and 2 TB traffic, while Prestige 8GB includes 8 GB RAM, six CPU cores, 100 GB SSD and 4 TB traffic. Each VPS includes one IPv4 address, root access, cPanel/WHM and Softaculous. Custom VPS configurations are also available.

The Dedicated Server range is also managed and includes cPanel/WHM, Softaculous, one IPv4 address, backup service, free migration, 1 Gbit/s connectivity, AnyDesk assistance and 24/7 back-end support. The CPU specification shown for Dedi Three combines an E5-1650 v4 designation with a 20 × 2.2 GHz configuration, so customers requiring a precise processor model should confirm the hardware configuration before ordering.

Domain Registration complements the hosting portfolio with a full domain-management interface. Customers can handle DNS settings, email forwarding, privacy protection, renewals and transfers directly from their account. Free domain privacy is included, and the service covers mainstream extensions such as .COM, .NET, .ORG and .INFO together with additional extensions available through the ordering system.

KeenHost also applies resource-management rules designed to protect shared environments. Standard shared accounts should not consume 10% or more of system resources for longer than 60 seconds, while premium hosting allows up to 20%. Cron jobs cannot run more frequently than every 15 minutes, and backup archives stored inside hosting accounts should normally be removed within seven days.

Migration assistance is relatively generous. Reseller migrations include up to 30 accounts free, with additional accounts charged at $1 each. Root-to-root VPS and dedicated server migrations do not have the same stated account limit. Shared hosting migration support depends on the source platform, with supported Webuzo and cPanel migration combinations receiving the most straightforward treatment.
