JUMP.BG is an established Bulgarian hosting provider founded in 2011, with company registration completed on February 8, 2011 and commercial hosting operations starting on February 17. The business initially operated servers in Germany before expanding its infrastructure and services in Bulgaria. Today, the portfolio covers shared hosting, WordPress hosting, e-commerce hosting, reseller hosting, Cloud VPS, managed VPS, dedicated servers, domains, SSL certificates and professional WordPress support.

A significant change came in 2015, when Dragomir Zhelev, owner of Delta.BG (delta.bg), acquired JUMP.BG while preserving the existing brand and team. NovaHost became part of the business at the end of 2019, bringing additional customers, technical experience and hosting infrastructure in France. Shared hosting consequently expanded across Bulgaria, Germany, France and the United Kingdom. The Bulgarian infrastructure later became part of the Delta Cloud OpenStack environment.

Shared Hosting is based on LiteSpeed and cPanel, with SSD storage, unlimited traffic, free Let's Encrypt SSL, JetBackup, Softaculous, multiple PHP versions and support for MySQL, MariaDB and PostgreSQL. Free website migration is available, which makes switching providers considerably easier. Packages range from 5 GB entry-level accounts to configurations with 150 GB of storage.

WordPress Hosting adds higher CPU and RAM allocations together with LiteSpeed caching and WordPress-oriented performance features. Storage ranges from 20 GB to 250 GB, depending on the package. Daily backups, Redis, JetBackup and Softaculous are available, along with developer tools such as SSH, WP-CLI, Git, Node.js, Python and Composer on suitable plans. Security includes CageFS, ModSecurity, Imunify360 and network-level DDoS protection.

eShop Hosting is intended for WooCommerce, OpenCart, PrestaShop and other resource-intensive e-commerce applications. Packages provide between 20 GB and 250 GB of storage, unlimited traffic and databases, free SSL certificates, backups and LiteSpeed caching. The additional CPU and memory allocation makes these plans more suitable for online stores than standard shared hosting.

The separate WordPress Support service goes beyond ordinary hosting administration. Depending on the package, it includes caching configuration, updates for WordPress core, themes and plugins, SSL and domain monitoring, PHP and database configuration, staging or development environments, security improvements, WooCommerce assistance, performance analysis and troubleshooting for slow websites, HTTP 500 errors and access problems.

Reseller Hosting is managed through WHM, while each customer can receive an independent cPanel account. Available reseller packages provide 50 GB, 100 GB or 200 GB of storage, unlimited traffic and varying allocations of customer accounts and IP addresses.

Cloud VPS runs on OpenStack infrastructure with distributed all-NVMe storage and triple data replication. VPS customers receive full root access, a static IPv4 address and configurable CPU, RAM and storage resources. Available operating systems include AlmaLinux, Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS and Fedora. Virtualmin can be installed without an additional license charge, while cPanel and Plesk are available as paid options. The cloud platform uses 40 Gbit/s infrastructure connectivity together with continuous monitoring and DDoS protection.

Managed Cloud VPS adds system administration, cPanel, a dedicated IPv4 address and automatic backups. Three backup copies are retained on a separate protected server. CloudLinux and Imunify360 can also be added to managed configurations when additional account isolation and security are required.

Dedicated Servers provide physical hardware with full administrative access through SSH, RDP or IPMI, a static IPv4 address and connectivity of up to 1 Gbit/s. Current configurations include modern AMD EPYC and Ryzen processors alongside some older Intel Xeon systems. Managed dedicated-server plans combine the physical server with operating-system and hosting-panel administration.

Domain registration covers common international and Bulgarian extensions including .com, .net, .org, .eu, .bg and .бг. Qualifying annual hosting packages can include a free .com, .net, .org or .eu domain. SSL options range from free Let's Encrypt certificates to commercial Sectigo certificates, including wildcard, EV and multi-domain products.

The customer interface is available in Bulgarian and English, making the service suitable for both domestic and international customers. Pricing is available in Bulgarian lev (BGN) and euro (EUR).
