The business runs primarily through İksir İnternet Hizmetleri A.Ş. in Istanbul, Turkey, with Halil İbrahim Demir as the founder. Over the years, the company has expanded from conventional web hosting into a broader infrastructure provider covering websites, virtual and physical servers, colocation, corporate messaging, security and storage. Its scale includes more than 22,000 customers, over 10,000 hosted websites and more than 20,000 managed domains. The organization has approximately 11–50 employees.

The legal and operational structure extends beyond the Istanbul company. İksir İnternet Hizmetleri A.Ş. handles R&D, call-center and technical-support activities from Istanbul, while Eurota Internet Services Ltd., based in Gazimağusa, Northern Cyprus, handles international sales, marketing, accounting and billing. Hardware-level management is available through Dell iDRAC, HPE iLO and Cisco CIMC where supported. Dedicated systems are self-managed by default and do not include backup unless it is separately ordered. Additional options include managed administration, virtualization, DDoS protection and site-to-site IPsec VPN services. Preorder hardware normally requires approximately five business days for provisioning.

Colocation is available for customer-owned equipment in the Istanbul infrastructure. Pricing depends on rack space, electrical requirements, bandwidth, IP requirements and additional technical services rather than following a fixed shared-hosting package structure. DDoS mitigation, firewalling, load balancing and caching can also be integrated into larger deployments.

A separate Managed Server Support service covers operating-system and control-panel installation, server updates, migrations, performance optimization, firewall configuration, malware scanning, email troubleshooting, virtualization support and 24/7 monitoring. Managed support can also be purchased for remotely accessible servers hosted outside the IxirHost infrastructure.

The email portfolio is more extensive than that of many regional hosting providers. Corporate Mail Hosting provides large shared storage pools, calendars, collaboration functions, messaging, antispam and antivirus protection. Migration is supported from standard IMAP platforms and business collaboration systems.

Corporate Mail Server provides dedicated CPU, RAM, storage and IP resources together with unlimited mailbox and domain creation. POP, IMAP and SMTP are supported together with SSL and DKIM, SPF and DMARC configuration.

AntiSpam can protect mail systems hosted with other providers and combines machine-learning filtering, antivirus scanning, TLS support and filtering performance rated at 99.8%. Outbound Mail Gateway / SmartHost handles outbound delivery, reputation management and SenderScore-related issues while scanning messages and applying defined monthly sending quotas.

Additional products include Cloud Drive with browser, desktop and mobile synchronization, SSL Certificates covering DV, OV, EV and wildcard categories, PCI-DSS Scanning with recurring vulnerability checks and reporting, and the SitePratik Website Builder. SitePratik includes AI-assisted page creation, more than 220 templates, responsive layouts, SSL and multilingual website capabilities.
