ITinSell Cloud is a French cloud, managed infrastructure and colocation provider focused on organizations with demanding availability, security, sovereignty and regulatory requirements. Its portfolio is centered on private cloud, virtual machines, HDS-certified healthcare hosting, S3 backup, colocation, rack rental, managed infrastructure and PRA/PCA disaster-recovery architectures, rather than conventional shared hosting or low-cost unmanaged VPS packages.

The hosting activity has roots going back to 1998, while the La Ciotat datacenter entered service in 2009. ITinSell Software was founded by Julien Fiette in 2008. A major change came in June 2022, when ITinSell Software and its partners acquired the ASP Serveur sovereign datacenter from Econocom (econocom.com). The transaction involved a roughly 4,000 m² ISO 27001 and HDS infrastructure and also brought 14 engineers and infrastructure specialists into the operation. ASP Serveur subsequently became ITinSell Cloud, with the new identity introduced in October 2022.

Before this transaction, ASP Serveur had joined the Econocom ecosystem in 2014 through Digital Dimension, which acquired an 80% stake while ASP Serveur founder Sébastien Enderle retained 20%. This gives ITinSell Cloud a longer infrastructure history than the current brand name alone would suggest.

Founder and CEO Julien Fiette remains closely associated with the business, which operates within the wider ITinSell Group. The resulting organization combines the infrastructure background of ASP Serveur with ITinSell's software, data-management and logistics technology expertise.

The principal cloud range consists of VM Cloud Silver, VM Cloud Gold and VM Cloud HDS. These environments use hyperconverged technology from Nutanix (nutanix.com).

VM Cloud Silver is the general-purpose infrastructure tier for websites, e-commerce platforms, DevOps workloads, internal information systems and business applications. Customers can configure Linux or Windows Server virtual machines with their required vCPU, RAM, storage and public IPv4 resources. Each customer receives a dedicated VLAN, while public connectivity can be secured through pfSense or Fortigate clusters distributed across La Ciotat and Marseille. Backups run every 24 hours, with primary storage in La Ciotat and an additional protected S3 copy in Marseille using five-day WORM immutability.

VM Cloud Gold targets workloads that need greater performance, including SaaS platforms, Kubernetes environments, large databases, intensive DevOps, business intelligence and AI applications. Linux and Windows systems are available, together with SSH or RDP access, customized VM templates, additional private addressing and deployment of specialized appliances when required. Gold uses the same Nutanix-based architecture but is better suited to higher-I/O and more demanding production workloads.

VM Cloud HDS is intended for healthcare organizations and other businesses processing sensitive medical information. Typical customers include clinics, hospitals, laboratories, medical-software developers and mutual insurers. ITinSell Cloud has held HDS certification since 2018 and covers all six HDS activity scopes. The HDS cloud supports Windows and Linux systems, Microsoft SQL Server and related licensed components, dedicated VLANs, managed firewalling, isolated anti-ransomware backups and synchronous replication between La Ciotat and Marseille. PRA/PCA architectures can reach RPO 0, with recovery time depending on the chosen configuration.

The separate S3 Backup service is designed for larger backup sets, archives and long retention periods. Capacity can be scaled according to requirements, with the option of maintaining a second-site copy. The service uses Nutanix S3 object storage and can be integrated with HDS, PRA and PCA architectures.

Physical infrastructure services include Rack Unit Rental for individual equipment and Rack Rental for complete cabinets. Individual rack-unit configurations can include public bandwidth, IPv4 resources, 1 or 10 Gbps switching and 24/7 remote-hands assistance. Full racks are normally supplied as 42U cabinets with configurable power and network connectivity.

The broader infrastructure portfolio includes server rental, private suites, IP transit, MPLS, VPN services, fiber interconnection, radio links, IP-address management, monitoring and fully managed 24/7 infrastructure operations. PRA and PCA services are particularly important within the catalog. PCA can use synchronous replication toward a secondary datacenter with no data loss and an interruption target below 15 minutes, while PRA relies on external backup restoration and is generally intended for recovery within several hours.

There are no conventional shared-hosting, reseller-hosting or domain-registration packages, and this is not a typical low-cost unmanaged VPS provider. Customers looking for inexpensive cPanel-style hosting are therefore outside the company's main market. ITinSell Cloud is much closer to a managed cloud and datacenter operator serving professional and enterprise infrastructure requirements.

The website is available in French and English, although French remains the more complete localization and some catalog elements retain French wording in the English version. Services are priced in EUR (€). The current main website has a modern responsive layout, while some parts of the customer area still carry elements inherited from the ASP Serveur period.
