Today they operate their own servers in three data center locations across North America, Europe, and Asia, focusing on reliability, conservative resource allocation, and long customer relationships rather than aggressive marketing.

Although ICDSoft is headquartered in Bulgaria, they have established a United States legal entity in Boston, MA, and appear to position the U.S. market as a central focus of their commercial strategy. In practice, this suggests that they target American customers as a primary audience and structure parts of their operations accordingly, despite the company’s Bulgarian base. They also tried German market and Honk Kong with localized website, but both projects didn't bring much advantages and are now retired.

Their main offering is shared web hosting with three clear tiers – Economy, Business, and Business Plus – available in all three data center regions.
