I have been with offshroededicated.net for 2 years now. Using a Dual E5 streaming dedicated servers. Performance has been great, fast network and stable uptime. Support responds quickly, and actually solves issues when they come up. I am very satisfied with the service and plan to stay with them for long term.

I strongly advice anyone even considering this company to stay the hell away. The support is an absolute joke, countless support tickets are ignored...skype support are about as useless as a chocolate teapot.
Nobody has a clue whats going on at this company, I had 1 server up and down for 3 weeks, and 2 servers go down in the same day. An absolute shit show of a business that cost me 1000s in lost revenue.

😠 They have no customer service. It's been 48 hours i have sent many email called on skype still no response on my problem. Sometimes just replying a client and telling them you're "working on it" helps. But they don't. I am just for them to reactivate my server so I can get my files out and move to a new server. Except you are ready for heart attack do not use these guys. I paid more than $800 USD for a server and I cannot get assistance. Stay away. I am sure with few hours i post this review they will reply. If it is to reply to reviews they are very fast. That is what their customer service is for.

I have used many offshore companies before and these guys have the worst customer service ever. I don't even think they have a customer service. I bought a Dedicated server with server management. They took days just to set it up. Now i need them to migrate from the VPS i had(which i still bought from them) and it's been days and the migration is not well done. I have the feeling the person who did the migration does not know anything about it. Now i have to pay extra services from another company just to have my website online.
Please keep away from them.
