The business operates as HostNowNow Limited, and the platform is clearly built to serve both local Nigerian buyers and international customers, with billing shown in NGN and USD and a client area that is available in many languages.The strongest side of the company is the practical mix between hosting and domain services. They are especially visible in the Nigerian domain space, with support for extensions such as .ng, .com.ng, .org.ng, .edu.ng, .gov.ng, .sch.ng, .net.ng, .name.ng and other common TLDs. 😠 I have always used Hostnownow as our Third party vendors for hosting our clients as far back as 2018. I must confess they were good when we started with them. But over the years noticed the lack of concern for their customers. The various means of communication with customers was cut off this include Livechat. While customer support phone numbers hardly goes through. The only available means left was the custome client area. Our company has almost lost businsses due to their actions. Please if they feel the customers don't deserve the best they should inform their custoers so they can quickly migrate their servces to other serious hosting firms. Having said that Hostnownow is the least hosting company I will recommend to anyone
