The company is based in Fanling, New Territories, and provides a substantial range of services for customers who specifically need hosting and infrastructure in Hong Kong.

Its portfolio covers domain registration, shared hosting, reseller hosting, KVM VPS, cloud servers, dedicated servers and colocation, alongside website development services such as website design, e-commerce development and billing-system integration. The company is particularly well suited to customers who require Hong Kong-based virtual or physical servers rather than only conventional shared hosting.

Shared hosting is now centered on DirectAdmin. Packages include PHP and MySQL support, FTP and email accounts, instant account activation, RAID-based storage, daily backups and Installatron for easier installation of common web applications. Higher plans accommodate multiple or unlimited domains, databases, mailboxes and FTP accounts, while the Enterprise level includes a dedicated IP address. Website migrations can also be handled without an additional migration charge.

Host Hong Kong operated cPanel hosting for many years, but began phasing out cPanel shared hosting on May 31, 2024. Existing customers can continue operating older cPanel accounts, while new shared and reseller hosting is primarily based on DirectAdmin. Changing or upgrading some legacy services can require migration to the newer platform.

Reseller hosting gives customers the ability to create and manage multiple independent hosting accounts under their own packages and branding. The company also operates a dedicated-server reseller program, with better pricing available as the number of rented servers increases.

The KVM VPS range is one of the more attractive parts of the service portfolio. Configurations begin with 2GB RAM and extend to considerably larger virtual machines with up to 128GB RAM, SSD storage, several IPv4 addresses and substantial monthly transfer allowances. Full root or administrator access is included, together with controls for rebooting, shutting down, reinstalling the operating system, monitoring resources and accessing the server through VNC.

Standard KVM VPS plans are unmanaged by default. Customers are responsible for operating-system maintenance, firewall configuration, software installation and troubleshooting unless additional administration is purchased. This makes the VPS range especially appropriate for developers, system administrators and customers comfortable managing their own server environment.

A separate NAT VPS service provides an extremely inexpensive option for lightweight and non-critical projects. These systems share a public IPv4 address and use port forwarding, while native IPv6 is also available. The configuration is intentionally small, with 256MB RAM and strict limits on storage performance, network performance and operating-system reinstallations.

NAT VPS should not be used for important production services. It comes with no backups, no uptime guarantee and no refunds, and there is no hardware redundancy protecting customer data. A storage failure can require the virtual server to be recreated from scratch. The product is better suited to experimentation, tunnels, monitoring tools or very small personal applications.

The Cloud Server platform is hosted in Hong Kong and combines virtual machines with distributed storage and high-availability infrastructure. Configurations start with smaller 1GB RAM instances and extend to considerably more powerful systems with multiple virtual CPUs, larger storage allocations and multiple IP addresses. Linux and Windows operating systems are available, and customers receive root or administrator access.

Optional services for cloud systems include specialized China connectivity and more than 100Gbit DDoS protection. Basic management can also be arranged when a supported hosting control panel is installed.

Dedicated hosting covers both modern hardware and cost-conscious older systems. Newer servers include AMD Ryzen 7000 configurations with NVMe storage and DDR5 memory, while other configurations use Intel Xeon and AMD EPYC processors. Depending on the server, customers can obtain high-speed network interfaces, IPMI remote management, PXE operating-system installation and additional IP allocations.

The company also keeps a substantial range of dedicated server special offers using previous-generation Intel Xeon, Intel Core and AMD Ryzen hardware. These machines can provide particularly good value when raw dedicated resources are more important than using the newest processor generation. They are unmanaged by default, with server administration available separately.

Colocation is available from individual 1U to 5U servers through quarter-rack and full-rack deployments. Individual colocation packages combine rack space, power, network connectivity, an IPv4 address and remote power control. Larger deployments can use shared or dedicated bandwidth, additional IP allocations and larger power commitments. Remote-hands assistance is available when physical intervention at the facility is necessary.

The main company interface remains primarily English-language and retains an older web design compared with modern hosting storefronts. The client and billing system supports considerably more localization, including English, Arabic, Azerbaijani, Catalan, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Estonian, Persian, French, German, Hebrew, Hungarian, Italian, Macedonian, Norwegian, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish and Ukrainian.
