HostCircle BV is a Dutch infrastructure and high-bandwidth hosting provider headquartered in Amsterdam. The wider HostCircle business dates back to 2009, while its high-bandwidth dedicated server operations began in 2011. The Dutch company, HostCircle B.V., was incorporated in 2018 under Chamber of Commerce number 71902023. Anand Sridharan is the founder and CEO, with Prashanth Baskaran serving as director and COO and Vinoth Anand handling operations management.

HostCircle is not a conventional consumer hosting provider. Its services are designed primarily for hosting companies, network operators, streaming platforms, storage-intensive businesses, artificial intelligence projects and organizations requiring physical infrastructure or substantial bandwidth capacity. Shared hosting, reseller hosting, ordinary VPS plans, domain registration, email hosting, SSL certificates and website builders are not part of its active product range.

The company’s core hosting portfolio consists of Bare Metal Servers, including rapid-deployment systems, unmetered servers, budget outlet hardware, high-capacity storage machines, GPU servers and fully customized configurations. Processor options include Intel Xeon, Intel Xeon Gold, AMD Ryzen and several generations of AMD EPYC hardware, including Genoa and Turin platforms.

Custom server configurations can include 16 GB to 2 TB of ECC memory, HDD, SSD or NVMe storage, software or hardware RAID, NVIDIA GPUs and network connections ranging from 1 Gbps to 400 Gbps. This degree of flexibility is particularly useful for customers whose workloads cannot be accommodated by standardized hosting plans.

Rapid-deployment bare metal servers use automated provisioning and can normally be activated in less than 30 minutes after payment, account validation and compliance checks are completed. Standard configurations are generally provisioned within 24 hours. Customized systems can require 72 hours or longer when specific processors, storage devices, GPUs or other components are not immediately available.

Dedicated servers include root access, automated operating-system installation and IPMI or KVM remote management through a secured VPN. This provides low-level console access even when the installed operating system is unavailable or the server has lost normal network connectivity.

The Unmetered Bare Metal Server range includes dedicated 1 Gbps, 5 Gbps and 10 Gbps ports without monthly transfer limits or bandwidth overage charges. Larger 25 Gbps, 40 Gbps and 100 Gbps deployments are available through customized arrangements. These plans are well suited to video delivery, backup platforms, content distribution, software repositories and other traffic-intensive applications.

Storage-oriented systems are available with capacities reaching 192 TB or 216 TB. The GPU server range supports artificial intelligence, machine learning, rendering, scientific computation and other workloads requiring dedicated graphics processors. Available configurations include enterprise accelerators such as NVIDIA H100 hardware and professional RTX systems.

Dedicated server plans normally include one IPv4 address and basic DDoS mitigation. Additional IPv4 addresses cost €3 per month and require technical justification. Customers can announce their own IP address space after paying a €50 setup fee. Customers operating their own autonomous system can also use their own ASN when renting a private switch.

The default service model is unmanaged, leaving customers responsible for operating-system administration, application maintenance, backups, security and software configuration. Optional managed server administration covers system hardening, service monitoring, network monitoring, security audits, firewall configuration, RAID monitoring, recovery support, selected migrations and requested configuration work.

HostCircle also provides Colocation Services for individual servers, complete racks and private cages. Colocation customers can combine rack space with power, network connectivity, cross-connects, out-of-band management, rack-and-stack services and remote hands.

The company operates multiple cages and maintains warehouse capacity inside Equinix AM3 and AM4 at Amsterdam Science Park. These facilities support customized deployments involving customer-owned servers, routers, switches, firewalls, optical equipment and other network hardware.

IP Transit is available with dual-stack IPv4 and IPv6 connectivity, fixed-capacity or burstable ports and commitments ranging from 1 Gbps to 400 Gbps. Single-carrier transit can also be arranged. These services are aimed primarily at companies operating their own ASN and IP address resources or requiring predictable wholesale bandwidth rather than ordinary metered hosting traffic.

The wider infrastructure portfolio includes remote hands, rack-and-stack services, infrastructure management, network consulting, server migrations, equipment decommissioning, hardware procurement, remote peering, Layer 2 point-to-point connectivity and customized Infrastructure as a Service deployments.

Private cloud connectivity is available for Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services and other large cloud platforms. This allows customers to connect physical infrastructure directly to cloud environments without relying exclusively on the public internet.

Remote-hands technicians can work with servers, switches, routers, firewalls, optical networking equipment, copper and fiber cabling, firmware upgrades, labeling, component replacement and operating-system installation. Complete rack migrations and equipment relocation projects can also be arranged.

Remote-hands coverage extends to data centers throughout Europe on an individual project basis. Work outside the Netherlands requires advance scheduling and can involve additional travel and accommodation costs.
