The site is essentially English-only, prices are shown in USD, and the service range covers shared hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, reseller hosting, reseller VPS, reseller dedicated servers, domain registration and transfers, personalized email / DomainMail, Microsoft 365, Office 365 enterprise plans, SSL certificates, site builders, SEO services, and bundled web design.The hosting side is split between generic infrastructure and application-specific managed stacks. Alongside standard shared, VPS, and dedicated plans, there are dedicated product lines for forums, blogs, e-commerce, and CMS deployments. That includes software families such as vBulletin, XenForo, WordPress, B2evolution, Magento, osCommerce, Joomla, and Drupal. Those managed plans regularly bundle LiteSpeed, R1Soft backups, migrations, control panels, and hands-on management instead of leaving everything to the customer.
The business also puts a lot of emphasis on convenience. Instant or fast setup, bundled website builders, migration assistance, domain add-ons, email tools, and private-label reseller options are all part of the package. 😠 Support tickets are responded every 10-15 days. My website was down 30 days because no one gives a f*, eventually got deindexed from Google. Chat support is worthless, they can't do anything, I have to wait for the Abuse team to respond my tickets, which means one answer every 10-15 days. Run like hell and don't look back.

😠 I have had numerous run-ins with their tech support/customer service (I think there are only two people that work here). This latest problem - and my first support ticket in 10 months - got me an attitude from Mario, who proceeded to talk down to me like I was ignorant about how hosting works. I've been building websites and using hosting since probably before he was born. I can take a lot of things, but arrogance from an idiot is not one of them. Their latest problem concerned me being locked out by their security protocols, which I don't need as I have a paid subscription to Wordfence. But he still thought it appropriate to "school" me on hackers, followed by, "Do your other providers offer this service?" "You want to get hacked?" No, I think I can drop them from the list of hosting providers that I will be using. Never had any issues even close to this with any other hosting providers. If you want customer service, you don't want Homepageuniverse, that's for sure.
