Standard Webhosting is available in Start, Profi, Premium, and Ultra packages. Webhosting Start includes 20 GB SSD storage, one .de domain, two databases, and ten email accounts. Premium provides 100 GB SSD storage, while Ultra raises this to 200 GB.

The hosting environment uses Debian Linux and supports PHP, MySQL, Python, and Perl. SFTP and FTPS access are available, while higher hosting packages also include SSH. The clickStart application installer makes deployment of WordPress and other common web applications easier, making the service accessible to customers who do not want to perform every installation manually.

WordPress Power provides 20 GB SSD storage together with another 20 GB reserved for backups and supports one WordPress installation. Power Plus expands this to 60 GB of hosting space plus 60 GB backup capacity and supports five WordPress installations. This range is better suited to customers who want a prepared WordPress environment with hosting administration already handled than to developers looking for complete control over an unmanaged operating system.

Email is available both as part of hosting packages and as a separate service. E-Mail Plus, E-Mail Premium, and E-Mail Pro provide between 30 GB and 100 GB of email capacity, depending on the package. IMAP, POP3, SMTP, encrypted connections, forwarding, catch-all addresses, spam filtering, and antivirus protection are supported.

Webmail access is included, while enhanced webmail functionality provides additional calendar, contacts, and synchronization features. E-Mail Pro supports up to 50 email accounts, making it suitable for small organizations that want professional mail hosting without purchasing a complete webhosting package.

goneo also operates as a domain registrar, supporting more than 100 domain extensions. The company remains particularly competitive for .de domains, which are included with many hosting packages. International extensions such as .com, .eu, .info, .online, and .shop are also available.
