G-Hosting.cz is the shared-hosting arm of Gransy s.r.o., a major Czech domain registrar and hosting group. The brand focuses on classic PHP web hosting, "worldhosting" with globally distributed locations (using worldhosting.cz ultimately redirecting to subreg.cz ), and a very broad domain registration portfolio, rather than on VPS or dedicated servers. The service is aimed more at technically comfortable users who want a lean, script-friendly environment than at complete beginners.

Gransy itself is an ICANN-accredited registrar, founded by Jan Horak, and is known in industry sources for managing hundreds of thousands of domain names and offering close to a thousand TLDs. According to third-party hosting reviews, the G-Hosting brand dates back to around 2005, which means the platform has had many years to mature its tooling and processes. Public company profiles and professional networks indicate a company size in the dozens of employees, not a tiny one-person shop.

The focus is clear: "PHP Webhosting" with PHP versions from 5.3 to 7.3 (already old, since 8.5 is released), one-click WordPress installation, easy service management, automatic Let’s Encrypt SSL, and the ability to switch the PHP version in real time from the control panel. Unfortunately the general view is of outdated services with the the same products names (and even prices for MULTI-* products) from September 2022 .
