📄 Editorial Review

Fullnet.pl is a Polish hosting provider operated by Digital Systems from Poznań. The hosting activity started in 2013 under the 24tm.pl brand with free hosting accounts, while the commercial Fullnet.pl brand launched in 2014. The business is associated with Rafał Regulski and operates under NIP 7791252189 and REGON 639532788.

Fullnet focuses mainly on shared web hosting, domain registration and transfers, SSL certificates, email hosting and website-building tools. Its service range is aimed primarily at individuals, freelancers and smaller Polish businesses rather than customers looking for VPS, dedicated servers or larger cloud infrastructure.

Shared hosting is divided into three capacity-based packages: Starter 2 GB, Optymalne 5 GB and Firma 10 GB. Transfer, hosted domains, databases, email accounts and FTP accounts are effectively unlimited within the applicable fair-use and resource restrictions.

Every hosting package includes DirectAdmin (directadmin.com), automatic Let's Encrypt SSL, DNS management, SSH access, a browser-based file manager, Roundcube webmail, SpamAssassin, antivirus protection, firewall security and anti-malware tools. PHP versions include PHP 8.3, 8.1, 7.4 and 5.6, together with Redis, Memcached and OPcache.

Application installation is handled through Softaculous (softaculous.com), with more than 200 supported applications. Popular options include WordPress, WooCommerce, Joomla, Drupal, TYPO3, PrestaShop, Magento, OpenCart and phpBB. WordPress, Joomla and Drupal hosting also benefit from environment-specific optimization.

A website builder is included with the hosting accounts, offering responsive templates and drag-and-drop editing. SitePad (sitepad.com) is available as part of the website-building environment, making the service suitable for customers who prefer creating a site without manually installing or configuring a CMS.

Email is integrated directly into the hosting packages. Customers can create mailboxes using their own domains and connect through webmail, SMTP, POP3 and IMAP. The normal outgoing-mail allowance is up to 1,000 messages per 24 hours, with a stated maximum of 200 messages for an individual account.

Backups are generated every 48 hours and retained for seven days on separated infrastructure. Customers should still keep their own independent backups because restore completeness and availability are not guaranteed under the service terms.

Domain services include registration, transfer, DNS management and unlimited subdomains. Fullnet supports Polish and international extensions, with several Polish domain transfers available free of charge. Hosting, domains, invoices and related account functions can all be handled through the customer area.

SSL options range from the free Let's Encrypt Wildcard certificate to commercial PositiveSSL and PositiveSSL Wildcard certificates. Let's Encrypt is included with hosting and renews automatically.

The service is primarily oriented toward Poland. The website and account information are in Polish, and no multi-language/localized version exists. Product prices are shown in PLN / Polish złoty.
