Filetruth is a Singapore-based web hosting and domain services provider operating since 2012 under the Filetruth Group Pvt.Ltd name. The company has developed a particularly broad portfolio, covering domain registration, Linux and Windows hosting, reseller hosting, email hosting, cloud hosting, KVM VPS, managed servers, dedicated servers, SSL certificates, WordPress hosting, Drupal hosting, Joomla hosting, website builders, domain reselling, website development, SEO, online marketing, advertising and affiliate services. Its business figures include more than 5,000 domains, over 1,000 dedicated servers, approximately 3,000 shared hosting accounts and more than 7,000 customers.

The headquarters are in Singapore, with additional business activity connected to India. Management information identifies Mr. Wagon Maker as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Jun Jie as Chief Legal Officer, and Mr. RT / Mr. Traptr in Chief Financial Officer roles.

A particularly affordable part of the catalog is Linux Shared Hosting. Windows Shared Hosting and Windows Reseller Hosting are also part of the portfolio, using technologies such as Plesk, IIS, ASP, ASP.NET, MSSQL and MySQL. Some of the Windows technical configurations belong to an older generation of the service and still reference Windows Server 2008 R2, IIS 7.5 and older Plesk, PHP and database releases. Similar legacy specifications occur in some older Linux hosting information. The newer customer system contains more recent configurations, including PHP versions from the PHP 8 generation.

Cloud Hosting uses clustered infrastructure together with Ceph storage. Personal, Business, Elite and Pro configurations combine different CPU and RAM allocations with unmetered storage and bandwidth. Data is mirrored across three devices, Varnish caching is available, and CPU and memory resources can be increased. This makes the cloud platform more suitable for growing websites and applications that need more resources than traditional shared hosting.

Dedicated CMS hosting is available for WordPress, Drupal and Joomla. WordPress hosting includes automatic WordPress updates, database optimization, one-click installation and defined CPU and RAM resources. Drupal and Joomla packages combine simplified deployment with email accounts, a free domain and multi-site support on higher configurations.

The KVM VPS range provides full root access together with virtual CPU cores, RAM, NVMe or SSD storage and monthly bandwidth allocations. One current V2 configuration includes 6 vCores, 8 GB RAM, 50 GB NVMe storage and 1 TB bandwidth, while the larger Comfort configuration reaches 12 vCores, 48 GB RAM, 300 GB NVMe storage and 5 TB of transfer. KVM virtualization makes these servers appropriate for customers who need operating-system control and dedicated virtual resources.

Dedicated Servers use Intel Xeon hardware with HDD or SSD storage, software RAID options and multi-terabyte bandwidth allowances. Filetruth also has Managed Server services covering server setup, cPanel installation, firewall configuration, CMS optimization, third-party application support, MySQL optimization, log analysis, security audits, operating-system hardening, malware scanning and routine administration.

Domain services cover registration, renewal, transfer and WHOIS privacy for a substantial selection of generic and country-code extensions. The Domain Reseller program starts with a $25 usable activation deposit and includes a white-label storefront, customer management, sub-reseller management, two-factor authentication, SMS notifications, integrated payment gateways and access to more than 800 products.

The SSL Certificate portfolio includes domain-validated certificates, wildcard certificates and other SSL configurations with 128/256-bit encryption, trust logos and unlimited server licensing where applicable.
