The business began with server management and web security activities under Ellviz Consulting Services and later expanded into domain registration, hosting, VPS and dedicated server services. The current legal entity, eWallHost Web Services Private Limited, was incorporated in 2015 under CIN U72900TN2015PTC102822. Mookiah Siva Karthick Rajan serves as Managing Director and Divya as Director. The company operates with a team in the 11–50 employee range and has served more than 20,000 customers.

Its portfolio covers Linux Shared Hosting, Windows Hosting, Cloud Hosting, Linux VPS, Dedicated Servers, domain registration and transfers, Business Email, Google Workspace, cloud storage and SSL certificates, together with complementary services such as CodeGuard, SiteLock, Microsoft 365, server management and streaming-related solutions. The Linux Shared Hosting range is available with two different technical environments. VPS systems use NVMe SSD storage and include root access, SSH/SFTP, reverse DNS and a server-management interface for rebooting, reinstalling and monitoring resources.

Available Linux distributions include AlmaLinux, Ubuntu, Debian, Rocky Linux, Fedora and CentOS Stream. AMD EPYC and Intel Xeon Gold processors are used across different VPS platforms. Virtualmin, Webmin and aaPanel can be used without a commercial control-panel license, while cPanel, Plesk and DirectAdmin are available as licensed alternatives. CyberPanel is also available with selected configurations.

Dedicated Servers are offered primarily from Netherlands and USA locations. Systems use Intel Xeon processors, SSD storage, dedicated hardware resources and full root or administrator access. Customers can select compatible operating systems and configure the server around their own software requirements. Depending on the server configuration, monthly bandwidth allocations can reach 15 TB, while firewall and DDoS protection measures are included within the infrastructure.

Domain registration is another significant part of the service range. More than 400 domain extensions are supported, including common generic domains such as .com, .net, .org and .info together with country-code extensions including .in, .uk and .us. More than 200 extensions are eligible for domain transfer. DNS management, forwarding, registrar locking and EPP/Auth code handling are available through the customer account.

Some hosting packages include a free domain for the first year, with eligible extensions including .com, .org, .eu, .us and .in. Domain transfers can also include two small 100 MB email accounts, giving customers a basic email option even when the domain is not combined with a full hosting package.

The company provides standalone Business Email and Enterprise Email services. Standard Business Email includes 5 GB storage, while Enterprise Email increases mailbox capacity to 30 GB. Security options include free Let's Encrypt SSL certificates on hosting plans and paid SSL certificates for customers requiring organization validation, extended validation or warranty coverage. CodeGuard provides website backup and monitoring, while SiteLock adds malware detection and website security functions.
