EUnet Hosting is one of Serbia’s longest-running internet and hosting brands. EUnet Yugoslavia began operating in 1995 through a partnership with EUnet International and became the first commercial Internet service provider in Serbia and Montenegro after activating a 2 Mbps international connection in 1996. EUnet d.o.o. followed in 1997, concentrating on hosting, business software, and professional IT solutions.

SBB acquired EUnet in April 2015. Hosting operations, customer billing, and financial-document issuance were later transferred to Mainstream Public Cloud Services on December 1, 2023. Mainstream operates within the wider United Group (united.group) organization, while existing customer contracts, telephone numbers, email addresses, and general service conditions continued without major disruption.

This long corporate history gives EUnet Hosting considerably more operational depth than a recently established hosting reseller. Its service range covers domain registration, Linux shared hosting, Linux and Windows cloud servers, managed email infrastructure, Microsoft 365, mailing-list hosting, SSL certificates, DNS administration, and domain-reseller services.

The cPanel Web Hosting range includes Lite, Swift, and Turbo packages. Lite provides 10 GB of storage, 600 GB of monthly traffic, five websites, 50 email accounts, 50 FTP accounts, and five MySQL databases. Swift increases the resources to 20 GB of storage, 900 GB of traffic, ten websites, 100 email accounts, unlimited FTP users, and ten databases. Turbo includes 30 GB of storage, 1.2 TB of traffic, 15 websites, 300 email accounts, unlimited FTP users, and 30 databases.

All shared-hosting packages operate on SSD-backed cloud infrastructure with cPanel and CloudLinux. Customers can select PHP versions from 7.0 through 8.4 and receive MySQL databases, phpMyAdmin, cron jobs, SSH access, webmail, SpamAssassin, SSL certificates, and Softaculous with more than 400 applications. WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, PrestaShop, forums, and many other common applications can be installed directly from the hosting interface.

The security configuration is stronger than the basic protection included with many inexpensive shared-hosting plans. Accounts benefit from firewall filtering, malware monitoring, Imunify antivirus protection, free SSL certificates, and automatic backups. The backup system retains the latest three daily copies and four weekly copies. Backup data is kept at a physically separate location in another data center, which reduces the risk of losing both production files and recovery copies during the same infrastructure incident.

The Linux Cloud Server range has four standard configurations. The smallest includes 1 vCPU, 1 GB RAM, 20 GB SSD storage, and 2 TB of monthly data transfer, while the largest standard package includes 4 vCPU, 8 GB RAM, 140 GB SSD storage, and 5 TB of transfer. Customers receive root and SSH access and can install compatible operating systems, databases, development environments, web servers, control panels, and security software.

Linux cloud resources can be adjusted through the cloud portal. CPU, memory, and disk capacity can be increased when a project grows. CPU and RAM can later be reduced, provided the server remains above the original package minimum. Expanded disk capacity cannot be reduced, which is normal for many cloud platforms and should be considered before allocating significantly more storage.

Linux cloud servers are unmanaged by default. They are best suited to system administrators, developers, agencies, and businesses with their own technical staff. Customers without Linux administration experience can purchase initial configuration, engineering assistance, or an ongoing managed-server service.

The Windows Cloud Server platform uses Microsoft Hyper-V and includes Windows licensing. Four packages range from 1 vCPU, 2 GB RAM, 40 GB storage, and 2 TB of traffic to 4 vCPU, 16 GB RAM, 100 GB storage, and 5 TB of traffic. These virtual machines are appropriate for ASP.NET websites, Microsoft SQL Server databases, Visual Basic applications, accounting systems, remote desktop environments, and other Windows-based business software.

Windows servers use NVMe storage and can be administered through the My Cloud interface. Resources can be expanded without migrating the account to a completely different server. Storage reductions are not available after a disk has been enlarged. Microsoft SQL Server Express can be installed, while commercial Microsoft software can be licensed through the SPLA program. Plesk is available for customers who prefer graphical management of websites, email, databases, and server subscriptions.

Business email is one of the strongest parts of the EUnet Hosting portfolio. The Cloud Mail Server provides a managed Linux email environment with dedicated resources and unlimited mailboxes within the practical capacity of the selected server. It supports webmail, IMAP, POP3, SMTP, forwarding, aliases, shared addresses, and catch-all handling when required.

The mail platform uses Postfix, Dovecot, and Rspamd, together with SSL/TLS encryption and a signed certificate. Managed administration includes DKIM and DMARC configuration, filtering rules, blacklists, whitelists, certificate maintenance, storage supervision, log analysis, software upgrades, spam-delisting assistance, and weekly reports covering storage and mailbox usage. Existing mailboxes, folders, and message histories can be migrated from another hosting provider or from an on-premises mail system.

Microsoft 365 is available through Business Basic, Business Standard, and Business Premium subscriptions for organizations with up to 300 users. Depending on the package, customers receive hosted business email, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive storage, browser and mobile Office applications, desktop Office software, security tools, and device-management functions.

The Cloud Mailing List service is suitable for newsletters, announcements, commercial offers, and regular customer communication. It uses phpList and supports templates, attachments, multiple administrative roles, duplicate-delivery prevention, and mailing performance above 3,000 messages per hour. Larger installations can accommodate lists containing more than 10,000 recipients.

EUnet is an accredited registrar for Serbian .rs and .срб domains and also registers a wide selection of international extensions. Domain services include registration, renewal, transfer, WHOIS access, parking, DNS administration, contact changes, and optional DNSSEC protection. Serbian domains can generally be registered for periods between one and ten years.

The domain-reseller service is useful for web agencies, designers, developers, IT consultants, and hosting companies that manage domains for their own clients. Resellers receive a browser-based interface for registrations, renewals, customer records, and domain administration.

The SSL catalog includes single-domain, wildcard, and multi-domain certificates with DV, OV, and EV validation. Sectigo and Thawte certificates are available, together with specialized certificate types and code-signing products through the ordering system.

Additional business services include Exchange Mail Hosting, Mail Relay, Audio Streaming, cPanel/WHM licensing, engineering hours, and managed cloud administration. These products complement the main hosting and cloud packages and are primarily useful to organizations with more specialized infrastructure requirements.

Dedicated servers and colocation remain associated with the wider EUnet business portfolio, although they no longer occupy a central place in the main online catalog. Organizations interested in these services should request an updated commercial proposal rather than relying on older package configurations.

The website supports Serbian and English, while prices are mainly displayed in Serbian dinars. The principal product and support areas use a modern responsive layout. Some older press, support, dedicated-server, and corporate sections retain a narrow legacy design inherited from previous versions of the website. These sections are less comfortable on modern screens and can make the overall catalog appear less consistent than the current hosting platform itself.
