📄 Editorial Review
(3*) 🔧 Services: TelecomSBB is one of Serbia’s most established telecommunications and digital-infrastructure brands, with operations dating back to 2002. The company grew through the consolidation of several Serbian cable networks in Belgrade, Kragujevac, Novi Sad, Niš and other cities, eventually developing into a major provider of broadband Internet, television, fixed telephony and business technology services.
Over the years, SBB expanded far beyond its original cable television business. Its portfolio now covers business Internet, web hosting, email hosting, domain registration, virtual servers, dedicated servers, telehousing, cloud infrastructure, managed networking, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, business telephony and enterprise software. Before its integration into Yettel, the organization had approximately 1,500 to 1,600 employees and served more than 700,000 active customers.
The company’s ownership and legal structure changed considerably during 2025 and 2026. e& PPF Telecom Group (eandppftelecom.eu) agreed to acquire SBB from United Group (united.group) for €825 million in February 2025. The transaction was completed during 2025, and SBB was legally merged into Yettel (yettel.rs) on April 1, 2026. Yettel became the universal legal successor, while the SBB brand, EON television platform, customer portal, applications, contact centers and retail locations continued to operate.
SBB also strengthened its hosting expertise through the acquisition of EUnet Hosting in 2015. Later acquisitions included IKOM in 2017 and Kabel Group 85 during the same year. This background helps explain why the company offers a broader infrastructure portfolio than most conventional cable and Internet operators.
Its shared Web and Email Hosting service consists of three SSD-based cPanel packages. The Basic package includes 15 GB of storage, 1 TB of monthly traffic, ten additional domains, 50 email accounts and five MySQL databases. Advance increases the resources to 30 GB of storage, 2 TB of traffic, 15 additional domains, 100 email accounts and ten databases. Premium includes 50 GB of storage, 3 TB of traffic, 20 additional domains, 150 email accounts and 30 databases.
All shared hosting packages include unlimited alias domains and subdomains, FTP access, webmail, autoresponders, website statistics, PHP 7 and PHP 8 support, Perl, PHP modules and automatic backups. These plans are suitable for company websites, email services, content-management systems and smaller online stores.
Domain registration covers widely used international extensions such as .com, .net, .org and .biz, newer generic domain extensions and Serbian domains. Local options include Latin-script extensions such as .rs, .co.rs, .org.rs and .edu.rs, together with Serbian Cyrillic domains.
Cloud Hosting uses hardware virtualization and provides administrator-level access to the virtual machine. Customers can select an operating system and use the service for web applications, development environments, databases, online stores and projects requiring greater isolation than shared hosting. Cloud configurations are prepared individually according to the required processor, memory, storage and network capacity.
Dedicated Servers provide physical hardware reserved for one customer. These systems are suitable for databases, demanding business applications, high-traffic websites and organizations that require complete control over their operating system and server environment. Hardware specifications, software licensing and management options are arranged through a custom quotation.
Telehousing allows customers to install their own servers and network equipment within SBB’s Belgrade infrastructure. The service combines rack space, redundant electrical systems, cooling, telecommunications connectivity, controlled physical access and continuous network operations center supervision.
The broader business portfolio includes SSL certificates, Microsoft 365, VPN connectivity, managed WiFi, optical Internet, SIP Trunk, IP Centrex, IT maintenance, firewall management, endpoint protection, MDR and XDR security, document management, ERP software, appointment scheduling and managed printing. Cybersecurity options include Huntress MDR, PerceptionPoint and SentinelOne XDR, with support coverage available under schedules ranging from 8x5 and 8x6 to continuous 24/7 service.
This integrated structure is especially practical for Serbian companies that want Internet access, hosting, telephony, security and office applications under one supplier and one commercial relationship.
The commercial website operates primarily in Serbian, and services are priced in Serbian dinars — RSD. The general interface is modern and easy to navigate, although some cloud and business-infrastructure sections retain an older structure. Shared hosting resources are explained clearly, while cloud, dedicated-server and telehousing services rely more heavily on individual consultation.
💰 Price & Cost
Shared hosting, cloud hosting, dedicated servers and telehousing are generally supplied through direct consultation. Public resource tables are available for shared hosting, but the absence of visible monthly prices makes rapid comparison more difficult for small businesses and individual website owners.
Hosting can also be included as part of selected business telecommunications packages. The Biznis Net TV Premium+ package costs 7,299 RSD per month and combines Internet access at speeds of up to 1 Gbps, television, fixed telephony, a static IP address for 1 RSD and hosting with up to 20 GB of storage. The Start+ package costs 4,799 RSD per month, while Standard+ costs 5,699 RSD per month. These prices include VAT and incorporate a 100 RSD discount for electronic invoicing.
SSL certificate pricing is more transparent. Sectigo certificates begin at 2,199 RSD per year, Trustwave certificates start at 3,399 RSD per year, and Thawte certificates begin at 6,999 RSD per year. The range includes domain-validation, organization-validation, extended-validation and wildcard certificates.
Microsoft 365 begins at approximately 630 RSD per month. Eco One ERP starts at 1,700 RSD per month, while DMS by Docloop begins at 3,540 RSD per month. Prices for several business applications exclude VAT, and the DMS service carries a 36-month contractual commitment.
Electronic invoices and online account management are available. Hosting customers should request a complete written quotation covering VAT, setup charges, commercial software licenses, backup arrangements, contract duration, renewal terms and technical-support coverage.
There is no explicit hosting-specific money-back guarantee for shared hosting, cloud servers, dedicated servers or telehousing. Telecommunications refund provisions and statutory consumer rights should not be treated as a trial period for infrastructure services.
🏢 Data Center
SBB maintains substantial data-center and network infrastructure in Belgrade, Serbia. Dedicated servers and telehousing operate within facilities supported by redundant electrical power, cooling equipment and telecommunications connectivity.
The telehousing service includes a 99.982% SLA, providing a clearly defined availability commitment for the colocation environment. This guarantee applies specifically to telehousing and should not automatically be assumed for shared hosting or virtual-server packages unless it is included in the individual service agreement.
The infrastructure satisfies Tier 3 design requirements. This represents a strong level of redundancy and maintainability, although it should not be interpreted as confirmation of an Uptime Institute Tier III certification.
The information-security management framework was certified under ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for telecommunications, Internet access, server hosting, data-center operations, colocation and customized enterprise digital services. The certificate was reissued on January 10, 2025, and remains valid until December 13, 2027. Enterprise customers signing new agreements after the merger should confirm that all certificates, data-processing documents and contractual references use the current Yettel legal entity.
SBB’s national network has included two important Core PE locations in Belgrade. Telepark Belgrade, at Bulevar Peka Dapčevića 19, and Nehruova Belgrade, at Nehruova 82a in New Belgrade, supported 10 Gigabit and 100 Gigabit optical connectivity within the company’s IP/MPLS architecture.
The network operates through AS31042, which continues to represent the SBB network environment following its integration with Yettel. Its routing footprint includes extensive peering and connectivity with United Group Network Infrastructure, Serbian Open Exchange, Telecom IT Solutions and A1 Srbija.
The combination of a national IP/MPLS network, domestic routing, direct peering and Belgrade data-center capacity is particularly valuable for websites and applications targeting users in Serbia. Latency-sensitive local services can benefit from keeping infrastructure and network traffic within the domestic market.
✍️ Customer Support
Business customers can contact SBB through the dedicated telephone number 19966 or by email at b2b@sbb. General customer support remains available through 19900, retail locations, digital channels and the SBB application.
Telehousing includes 24/7 NOC supervision, allowing continuous monitoring of network and infrastructure conditions. Dedicated-server customers can arrange premium technical support, while IT-maintenance agreements are available with 8x5, 8x6 or full 24/7 coverage.
The local support structure is a significant advantage for Serbian companies that prefer telephone assistance, local engineers and direct account management. Organizations running critical applications should include incident-severity definitions, escalation procedures, response times, intervention targets and applicable service credits in their contract.
Commercial and technical communication is primarily conducted in Serbian. International customers requiring English-language assistance should agree on language availability and escalation contacts before activating the service.
🔨 Control Panel
Shared hosting uses cPanel, giving customers a familiar environment for managing websites, domains, subdomains, email accounts, webmail, FTP access, MySQL databases, PHP configuration and traffic statistics.
Automatic backups are included with all three shared-hosting packages. Customers with important production data should confirm the backup frequency, retention period, storage location, restoration process and any applicable recovery fees.
Cloud Hosting provides administrator access and allows the customer to select the operating system. This offers considerably more flexibility than shared hosting and supports custom software stacks, databases and development environments.
Dedicated servers do not include one universally specified management panel. The selected operating system, commercial control-panel license, management responsibilities, security maintenance and monitoring arrangements depend on the individual configuration and service agreement.
🎯 Conclusion
SBB is a strong Serbian option for businesses that need more than a basic shared-hosting account. Its main advantages include local network infrastructure, domestic routing, cPanel hosting, virtual servers, dedicated hardware, telehousing, continuous NOC monitoring, managed security and direct Serbian-language support. The 99.982% telehousing SLA, Tier 3-level design, ISO 27001 framework and AS31042 network presence give the company considerable technical depth. Customers can combine hosting, Internet access, fixed telephony, cybersecurity and business applications through one provider, which can simplify procurement, account management and billing.
Its principal disadvantages are limited public pricing, quotation-based cloud and dedicated services, the absence of a clearly defined hosting money-back guarantee and incomplete public details regarding virtualization, backup retention and standard support response times.
The legal merger with Yettel also requires attention when reviewing contracts and compliance documents. New agreements should identify the correct legal entity and clearly specify the applicable SLA, support conditions, infrastructure location and data-processing responsibilities.
SBB is best suited to Serbian businesses that value local connectivity, Belgrade infrastructure and direct technical assistance. Customers seeking instant hourly provisioning, automated APIs, numerous international regions or highly transparent VPS pricing may find specialist international cloud platforms easier to compare.
