ecomDATA GmbH is an Austrian managed hosting and cloud-services provider focused on online retailers, ERP environments, e-commerce platforms and business applications. Founder and CEO Andreas Bezuh started the business in 2010 as bitcon e.U. – Bezuh IT Consulting, while ecomDATA GmbH was established as the corporate entity in 2017. The company operates from Oberwart, Austria, with its hosting infrastructure located in Germany.

In December 2025, ecomDATA became part of the Performance segment of Your.Online. The business continues to operate independently under Andreas Bezuh, retaining its existing brand, team and specialization in JTL, ERP and e-commerce infrastructure.

The service portfolio extends well beyond traditional shared hosting. The company’s strongest specialization is the JTL ecosystem. As a JTL Service and Technology Partner, ecomDATA supports JTL-WAWI, JTL-Shop, JTL-Worker, WMS, Packtisch, connectors and the workflows connecting these applications. Managed JTL-WAWI Cloud provides Windows-based virtual and dedicated cloud servers for accessing JTL-WAWI from different offices, warehouses and remote locations. Virtual configurations begin with 2 CPU cores, 8 GB of ECC memory and 100 GB of NVMe storage. Larger dedicated systems provide as many as 32 processor cores, 256 GB of memory and 3.2 TB of storage.

Custom domains, company branding, SSL encryption and optional online-office functionality make it practical for document sharing, team collaboration and private business storage.

Managed ecoDMS Cloud combines managed infrastructure with the ecoDMS document-management system. The principal packages include 100 GB, 200 GB or 400 GB of SSD storage and are suitable for teams ranging from small offices to installations with as many as 100 users. An ecoDMS user license, installation, maintenance, application updates, daily backups and technical administration are included.

The standard Web Hosting range includes 10 GB to 30 GB of SSD storage, MariaDB or MySQL databases, hosted domains, unrestricted regular traffic, email accounts, Let’s Encrypt certificates, SSH access and LiteSpeed Enterprise. CloudLinux separates customer resources, while Redis is available for applications that benefit from object caching. Shop Hosting provides stronger resources and configurations optimized for JTL-Shop, Shopware, PrestaShop and WooCommerce. Packages include dedicated AMD EPYC processing resources, 3 GB to 9 GB of memory, NVMe storage, LiteSpeed Enterprise, dedicated Redis instances, CloudLinux isolation and Imunify360 protection. Email hosting, databases, SSL certificates, monitoring and daily backups are also included.

The combination of LiteSpeed, Redis, dedicated resources and managed security gives the shop packages a better foundation for transactional e-commerce workloads than basic shared hosting. They are particularly useful for online shops with large catalogs, frequent imports, ERP synchronization and demanding database operations.

Managed JTL-Shop and Managed Shopware go beyond server space. They include migration assistance, performance optimization, platform updates, security maintenance, malware protection, monitoring and troubleshooting. Depending on the selected management level, ecomDATA can monitor important shop functions, investigate communication problems with external systems and coordinate directly with software vendors.

Managed Web Server is available as a virtual cloud server or a dedicated performance configuration. Entry packages begin with 4 CPU cores, 8 GB of ECC memory and 200 GB of NVMe storage. Larger plans provide substantially more processor capacity, memory and disk space.

Redis, Imunify360, SSL management, monitoring, backups and operating-system administration form part of the managed environment. These servers are suitable for busy online shops, agencies hosting multiple customer projects and companies that need isolated resources without maintaining the operating system themselves.

Separate WordPress Hosting and Joomla Hosting products provide CMS-oriented configurations. Domain services cover more than 1,500 extensions, allowing businesses to manage domains, email, hosting and cloud infrastructure through the same provider.

Security services include Managed Endpoint Security, based on SentinelOne technology for Windows, macOS, Linux and mobile devices. Higher management levels add support from an external security operations center, emergency assistance and root-cause analysis.

PasswdCloud provides encrypted password vaults for an unrestricted number of users. It includes centralized administration, cross-platform access, encrypted attachments and end-to-end protection. The master password remains under the customer’s control and is not accessible to the hosting provider.

ecomDATA concentrates on managed services instead of low-cost unmanaged VPS and bare-metal rentals. Systems arrive preconfigured, while operating-system maintenance, monitoring, security and backups are handled according to the selected management package. Provisioning for standard services is commonly completed within approximately one hour.

The website has a modern design and works properly on current desktop and mobile screens. It is primarily available in German, and a complete multilingual or English-language version does not exist. Products are sold in EUR exclusively to business customers, with prices displayed without VAT.
