Domene.no, operated by Domene AS, is an established Norwegian domain registrar and hosting provider founded in 1998 by Finn Krøvel. The company began with specialized internet services and search engine optimization before expanding its domain, email, and website services to a wider market in 2008. More than 20,000 private and business customers have used its hosting or email services since the company was established.

Domene AS joined Miss Group (missgroup.com) on January 31, 2023. At the time of the acquisition, the company had more than 10,000 customers, managed over 16,000 domain names, and had achieved billings growth above 25% during the 2022 financial year. Finn Krøvel left the business following the transaction, and operational management passed to the wider group.

The product range extends well beyond domain registration. Standard email works through POP3, IMAP, and webmail, while businesses needing synchronization and collaboration can choose hosted Microsoft Exchange.
