The underlying company was incorporated on March 10, 2004, giving the business more than two decades of operating history. Richard Lawrence Moore has served as a director since incorporation and is the company’s controlling person. Ian Frederick Moore has also served as a director since the business was formed.

DomainsFoundry remains independently owned and primarily serves UK individuals, freelancers, developers, small businesses, and organizations that prefer to keep their domains, websites, and email accounts with one local provider. Its current product range focuses on domain registration and transfers, Linux shared hosting, WordPress hosting, website-building tools, SSL certificates, DNS management, email forwarding, and standalone business email hosting.

The company is an accredited registrar within the .UK namespace through Nominet.
