DomainRegister International is a European domain registrar and web hosting provider operated by PERSOLVO d.o.o., headquartered in Sežana, Slovenia. PERSOLVO was incorporated in 2017, while the DomainRegister infrastructure has a longer operating history, including a DNS platform running continuously since 2011. Franco Tauceri is associated with the company as owner/director and with the operation of the DomainRegister network.

Domain registration is one of the company's strongest areas. DomainRegister is an accredited registrar for .it domains, operating with Registrar TAG DR-REG, and handles a broad selection of international ccTLDs, traditional gTLDs and newer domain extensions. Its volume-based pricing model is particularly useful for web agencies, developers and domain resellers maintaining larger portfolios. Customers can manage registrations, transfers, renewals, DNS configuration, private nameservers and reseller operations from the customer area.

The service portfolio extends well beyond domains and includes Linux Shared Hosting, Windows Hosting, FractoCloud Reseller Hosting, DNS services, SSL certificates, professional email, Italian PEC certified email and Veeam-based backup and disaster-recovery products.

The website supports English, Italian and Slovenian, making the service practical for customers in Italy, Slovenia and other European markets. Pricing is primarily available in EUR, while USD is also supported in parts of the ordering system.

Current Linux hosting uses DirectAdmin. Basic Hosting includes 1 GB of storage and 8 GB monthly traffic. Starter Cloud raises this to 5 GB of storage and 50 GB traffic, while Pro Cloud provides 10 GB of storage with 500 GB monthly traffic. The plans include DirectAdmin, ImunifyAV+ antivirus protection, backup management and StarterMail.

Starter Cloud adds SSL support and WordPress installation, while Pro Cloud also includes a dedicated IPv4 address, multidomain hosting, WordPress assisted migration and extended support. PHP versions and extensions can be selected directly through DirectAdmin, giving customers reasonable flexibility for hosting different applications.

Windows Hosting is available for websites and applications requiring Microsoft's IIS environment. These plans use Plesk and support selectable PHP versions. Windows Starter and Windows Pro support HTTPS through Let's Encrypt certificates. Windows Basic does not include SSL support, making the higher plans more appropriate for normal production websites where HTTPS is essential.

The FractoCloud Reseller Hosting platform is aimed at agencies, developers and smaller hosting businesses. Entry configurations start with 10 GB of storage and 100 GB monthly traffic, with unlimited domains and user accounts. Storage can scale substantially higher, reaching configurations of up to 500 GB.

FractoCloud uses DirectAdmin and allows resellers to create their own hosting packages, customer accounts and resource allocations. FractoMail provides the accompanying email infrastructure. Dedicated IPv4 addresses, SSL certificates, WordPress installation and off-site backups are also available. Resellers remain responsible for first-level support to their own customers, with DomainRegister providing the infrastructure and reseller-level technical assistance.

DomainRegister also operates a mature managed DNS platform. DNS Basic supports A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, SRV and TXT records and is included for domains maintained through DomainRegister. Domains registered elsewhere can use DNS Basic for €3 per year.

DNS Pro costs €7 per year, increases the available record limits and adds support for CAA records. The DNS infrastructure is distributed across three countries, handles as many as two million queries per domain each month and uses PowerDNS technology. The DNS platform has maintained continuous service since 2011, making it one of the company's longest-running infrastructure components.

The SSL portfolio includes certificates from Sectigo/Comodo, DigiCert, Thawte, GeoTrust and RapidSSL. Available products include domain-validation, organization-validation, wildcard and multi-domain certificates. Multi-domain certificates can protect numerous hostnames under one certificate, while organization-validated products are suitable for businesses requiring stronger identity validation.

Italian customers can also use PECpro, the company's certified email service. PECpro Standard provides a 1 GB mailbox, XL provides 5 GB divided between mailbox and archive capacity, and Premium provides 10 GB. Antivirus and antispam protection are included, with access available through webmail, POP3 and IMAP. PEC support makes DomainRegister particularly useful for Italian businesses and professionals requiring legally recognized certified electronic communications.

StarterMail provides independent email hosting and is also included with Linux and Windows hosting packages. It can be expanded as mailbox and storage requirements grow.

Backup and disaster recovery are handled through Ortoscale Connect Offsite Backup, based on Veeam Cloud Connect. Entry configurations include one Veeam Cloud Connect license and 1 TB of cloud storage. Capacity can expand to 36 licenses and 10 TB before a customized configuration is required. Backup data can be encrypted with the customer's own key or certificate before leaving the source environment.

Cloud Hosting is listed with configurations reaching 6 vCPU, 6 GB RAM, DirectAdmin and unmetered storage from €9 per month, although this service remains marked Coming Soon. The active product range is therefore currently centered on domains, shared hosting, reseller hosting, email, DNS, SSL and backup services rather than standalone VPS or dedicated-server packages.
