😠 Fraud. That's all you need to know. They commit fraud.
I told them they were the worst company I've ever dealt with back in September, and cancelled my account and erased all my personal information, which they still maintained access to because they charged me for another year's service EVEN THOUGH it had been made perfectly clear that they were too stupid and rude to host my not-for-profit site.

They apologized, sent me a letter saying they would cancel my annual charge they'd mistakingly charged me, but they never did cancel.

I have a FRAUD CLAIM going against them right now with my bank. All you need to know is they want your money, and they won't give you any service.

Don't bother with these idiots.

😠 I absolutely HATE domain.com. Please, let me save you the frustration... go with ANYONE else. I've had nothing but problems with them. I would change in a heartbeat if it wouldn't absolutely disrupt my business.
