The company has built a sizable local customer base. More than 100,000 domains have been registered through its platform, while its reseller program serves more than 2,500 active domain resellers. Shared Hosting is the entry-level service and combines NVMe/SSD storage, free SSL, daily backups, unlimited bandwidth, free migration assistance, and 24/7 customer support. Customers can choose between cPanel with LiteSpeed or DirectAdmin with Nginx. The cPanel platform also includes Softaculous, Imunify360, and JetBackup, creating a practical environment for WordPress, business websites, blogs, online stores, and standard PHP/MySQL applications.

VPS MikroTik is intended for network-focused applications instead of ordinary web hosting. MikroTik RouterOS CHR comes preinstalled together with a dedicated IPv4 address. These virtual routers can be used for VPN gateways, routing, tunneling, traffic management, load balancing, and other MikroTik-based network deployments. Plans start with compact 1-core and 1 GB RAM configurations and scale upward with greater processing and network resources.

Windows VPS and RDP are available for customers running Remote Desktop and Windows-based applications. Dedicated servers are suitable for databases, virtualization, high-volume websites, business applications, private infrastructure, and other workloads where predictable CPU and memory resources are more important than VPS elasticity. Ready-stock servers can normally be provisioned within several hours, while some configurations can require up to one or two days.

Colocation gives customers the ability to install their own physical servers in Jakarta infrastructure. Space is available from individual rack units through larger deployments, with power, cooling, connectivity, IP allocation, physical security, and remote-hands assistance available according to the selected package. This gives DewaBiz a clear infrastructure path from entry-level hosting through VPS and dedicated servers to customer-owned physical hardware.

Domain services form another substantial part of the business. Domain Registration covers hundreds of generic and country-code extensions, including Indonesia's .ID family. Customers receive DNS management, account-to-account domain push capability, and WHOIS privacy where supported. The WHOIS lookup service provides registration dates, expiry dates, nameservers, registrar information, and domain status.
