*📜 Plan description

AMD Ryzen 5 3500X BYO GPU is an eligible Missouri server for the Bring Your Own GPU service. It provides AMD Ryzen 5 3500X 3.60Ghz / 4.10Ghz Turbo, 6 Cores / 6 Threads, 32GB DDR4 memory, a choice of 480GB SSD or 4TB HDD storage and a 1Gbit unmetered network port. The disk-space field uses the 4TB HDD option because both storage choices are listed at the server level. The eligible server price is $65.00 per month and the custom server normally deploys within 0 to 3 business days. The customer supplies the GPU; the separate GPU-colocation component starts from $10 per month and the appropriate PSU must be selected for the card being shipped.

Bring Your Own GPU is a GPU-colocation service built around an eligible dedicated server. The customer supplies the graphics card and selects a compatible server, then chooses the power-supply option required for that GPU during ordering; GPU hosting itself starts from $10 per month in addition to the eligible-server charge, with the exact add-on depending on the required configuration. All listed eligible servers use a 1Gbit unmetered network port and can be ordered with either a 480GB SSD or a 4TB HDD at the server level. These are custom systems with a normal deployment window of 0 to 3 business days. IPMI is available only on compatible custom systems and appears as an option when supported. The normal service is unmanaged: DediSpec manages the physical hardware and facility network, while the customer is responsible for operating-system configuration, applications and backups. Optional server management can be added during ordering. Hardware RAID exists on selected builds, and operating-system selection, additional IP addresses and bandwidth choices are handled as available for the server. Reboots, reloads and reverse-DNS requests are processed through support tickets. Support technicians are available 24/7/365 through the ticket system, and there is no setup fee.

📄 Editorial Review

DediSpec is a U.S. hosting and infrastructure provider founded in 2012, with a business centered on affordable dedicated servers, colocation and other bare-metal services. David Byrne is identified as a founder and owner. The company started with two founders and has grown into an international operation serving customers in more than 70 countries. BBB business records use May 29, 2013 as the business start date, while DediSpec itself traces its foundation to 2012.

The company is privately held and debt-free, with a strong focus on customers who want physical infrastructure without enterprise-level pricing. Its service portfolio includes custom dedicated servers, pre-built dedicated servers, storage servers, GPU servers, BYO-GPU hosting, server colocation, shared hosting, reseller hosting, domain registrations and domain transfers. VPS hosting formed part of its earlier service portfolio, but it is no longer available through the active ordering catalog.

Custom Dedicated Servers are one of the company's main strengths. Missouri configurations begin at around $20 per month with older dual-Xeon hardware, while more powerful Xeon, Ryzen and Threadripper systems are available at higher price points. Missouri servers commonly use 1 Gbit unmetered ports, while Texas configurations concentrate more heavily on 10 Gbit connectivity. Larger Texas systems extend to dual Xeon Platinum processors, very large ECC memory allocations and multiple enterprise NVMe drives.

Custom systems normally require up to three working days for deployment. Customers can request an operating system, custom disk partitioning, temporary KVM-over-IP access and IPMI where the selected hardware supports it. This makes the custom range particularly useful when a standard preconfigured server does not match the required CPU, storage or memory combination.

The Pre-built Dedicated Server range is designed for faster activation and lower entry costs. Missouri has a large inventory of Intel Xeon, Intel Core and AMD systems, including many configurations in roughly the $20 to $75 monthly range. These servers are already assembled and installed in the rack, with normal deployment taking approximately 1 to 12 hours.

Texas and California provide additional pre-built configurations with larger memory allocations and stronger network connectivity. 10 Gbit service is common in these locations. Compatible Texas and California systems can include remote IPMI access, while most Missouri pre-built systems do not include IPMI or KVM.

Dedicated servers are unmanaged by default. DediSpec is responsible for the physical hardware and facility network, while customers normally manage the operating system, applications, security configuration and backups themselves. Server management can be added separately when more administrative assistance is required.

Storage Servers are intended for backups, archives, media repositories and other storage-intensive workloads. The available configurations combine large RAID 10 storage arrays with separate SSD storage for the operating system, 128 GB to 512 GB of RAM and dual 10 Gbit interfaces configured with LACP. Monthly traffic allocations range from 50 TB to 300 TB. Pricing starts around $200 per month and reaches approximately $550 per month.

GPU Dedicated Servers provide physical GPU resources for workloads requiring graphics acceleration, rendering or compute processing. Kansas City configurations include RTX 2070, RTX 2070 SUPER and RTX 2080 GPUs, while Dallas includes a Tesla M40 option. Listed prices begin at approximately $99 per month and extend to around $260 per month.

The Bring Your Own GPU service is particularly unusual. Customers can ship their own graphics card to DediSpec and have it installed inside an eligible dedicated server. GPU hosting itself begins around $10 per month, while compatible Missouri dedicated servers begin around $65 per month. Different power-supply options are available depending on the GPU requirements. This approach can reduce long-term costs for customers who already own an expensive graphics card but need datacenter-grade connectivity and uptime.

Server Colocation is available in Kansas City and ranges from single-server hosting through full cabinets. The entry option accommodates one server up to 2U, includes approximately 166 watts of usable power, a 1 Gbit network port, 30 TB of monthly transfer and a /30 IPv4 allocation. Quarter-, half- and full-cabinet packages progressively increase rack capacity, power, traffic and IP resources. Full cabinets include 42U of rack space, 20A at 208V and 1 Gbit unmetered connectivity.

For conventional websites, Shared Hosting provides four package levels. Storage allocations range from 1 GB to 24 GB. Bronze includes 100 GB of monthly transfer, while the larger packages use an unlimited-bandwidth model. Accounts include cPanel, one-click application installation, MySQL databases, email hosting, SSH access, daily off-site backups and DDoS mitigation. Applications such as WordPress, Joomla and Magento can be installed directly from the hosting environment.

A Reseller Basic hosting package is also available with 50 GB of storage and 500 GB of monthly transfer, providing a simple entry point for customers who want to host multiple client accounts under a reseller arrangement.

Domain registrations and domain transfers are handled through the DediSpec customer portal, allowing hosting and domain services to remain under the same account.

The website remains functional and straightforward, although parts of the shared-hosting section clearly originate from an older generation of the service. References to PHP 5.5.x, Fantastico and the retired cPanel X3 interface are outdated and should not be treated as the actual 2026 software stack. Customers with specific PHP, database or application-version requirements should confirm the installed versions before migration.

Some older company information also refers to only two facilities, while the infrastructure portfolio now includes Missouri, Texas and West Virginia, with California additionally available in the current dedicated-server inventory. Slot Hosting still appears in navigation, but that product is no longer available from its former destination.

The main corporate website is English-language, while the customer portal supports a much broader multilingual interface. Available languages include Arabic, Azerbaijani, Catalan, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Persian, French, German, Hebrew, Hungarian, Italian, Macedonian, Norwegian, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish and Ukrainian. Pricing is shown primarily in USD, and formal notices under the Terms of Service are handled in English.

Without prices on domain registration, their hosting products cannot be ordered, which is a big sign of a company issue!
