Hosting and VPS products carry a 99.9% uptime guarantee, while the formal SLA sets 99.99% availability targets for network uptime, server uptime, colocation, cloud services, dedicated servers, VPS, shared hosting and domain services. The data-centre availability target is 100%.

When monthly availability falls below the SLA target, service credits range from 10% to 50% of the next month's applicable service charge depending on the duration of the outage. Claims normally need to be submitted within 21 days, and the maximum SLA credit is 50% of the monthly fee for the affected service.
