Its strongest regional advantage is low-latency connectivity between Mainland China, Hong Kong, the wider Asia-Pacific market and the United States.

Dataplugs Limited is the legal company behind the hosting brand, with an organization in the 11–50 employee range. Its portfolio extends well beyond conventional shared hosting and includes cloud web hosting, SSD hosting, WordPress hosting, Magento hosting, eCommerce hosting, dedicated servers, GPU servers, high-capacity storage servers, high-bandwidth servers, managed hosting, colocation, domain registration, SSL certificates, backup, DDoS protection, web application firewalls, storage-area networks and IT procurement.

Cloud Web Hosting combines website storage, email, MySQL databases, unmetered traffic, premium network routes, cPanel and Softaculous. The three principal packages are Initial, Pro and Expert. Depending on the plan, customers can host between one and an unlimited number of websites, receive 20 GB to unlimited web space, create 50 to 1,000 email accounts and use one or more MySQL databases.
