Established in 2006, the company has registered capital of RMB 12 million and holds a cross-regional value-added telecommunications ISP license. Its legal representative is Ren Zhongjian.

The company has expanded well beyond conventional shared hosting and now operates as a broad internet infrastructure and SaaS provider. Its portfolio covers domain registration, DNS management, virtual hosting, cloud servers, dedicated servers, colocation, rack rental, remote-hands assistance, enterprise email, website building, CDN, SSL certificates, DDoS protection, web application security, private cloud, hybrid cloud, database services, online marketing and Chinese cybersecurity compliance.

CNDNS is an ICANN-accredited registrar under IANA Registrar ID 1621 and also maintains CNNIC registrar credentials for Chinese domains. Its domain services include English and Chinese extensions, transfers, WHOIS searches, multi-line intelligent DNS, SSL certificates, domain brokerage and aftermarket transactions through the related Chengmi platform. Billing can be monthly, quarterly, semiannual or annual. Businesses that already own their equipment can use server colocation, full-rack rental, hardware procurement and remote-hands support.

Remote-hands assistance covers equipment inspection, cable replacement, hot-swappable component replacement, server installation, hardware upgrades, operating-system installation and basic network troubleshooting. Rack customers also receive bandwidth monitoring, traffic reports, IP address allocations and access to on-site technical engineers.

The SiteStar website builder is intended primarily for small and medium-sized businesses. It combines desktop websites, mobile sites, WeChat websites, mini programs and applications within one visual platform. Templates and drag-and-drop modules make it suitable for customers without programming experience, while custom website development and WordPress customization are also available.

Orange Mail is a comprehensive business-email platform. The Business edition includes 5 GB per user, support for 10 GB large-file transfers, a 5 GB enterprise drive, SSL access and additional domain aliases. Flagship and AI editions add unlimited mailbox capacity, seven-day deleted-message recovery, monitoring controls, AI assistance and translation.

The webmail platform supports Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and English. It also includes POP, IMAP and SMTP access, DKIM, DMARC, two-factor authentication, administrative logs, mailbox migration and centralized user and department management.

Security services include protected DNS, DDoS mitigation, SCDN, SSL certificates, vulnerability testing, vulnerability remediation, web security software and MLPS 2.0 compliance assistance.
