The monthly outgoing traffic allowance is 1 TB, with unmetered incoming traffic, and the network port is shared high-speed. The monthly price is USD 7.02, and the same base rate is used for the lowest monthly calculation. The instance can be deployed in Lithuania, the Netherlands, the United States, Singapore, Sweden, Germany and Japan. This second-generation shared-CPU tier is intended for lightweight websites, development environments, small services, test systems and applications that can share processor time with neighboring instances.

The instance uses KVM virtualization and provides full root access, so the operating system, packages, firewall rules and application stack remain under the customer's control. Provisioning is automated and normally completes in roughly 3 to 10 minutes. The proprietary client portal, command-line tools and REST API support deployment, power control, reinstallations and routine infrastructure automation. Out-of-band VNC access remains available for recovery work when ordinary network access is unavailable. Private VLAN networking can connect resources within the same project without consuming public traffic, while incoming traffic is unmetered and the listed allowance applies to outgoing transfer.
