Centrilogic is a Canadian managed infrastructure, cloud, and digital transformation company founded in 2007 by Robert Offley. Headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario, the company operates across Canada, the United States, and India and serves more than 700 mid-market and enterprise customers. Doug Tracy serves as CEO.

Centrilogic is substantially different from a conventional retail web host. Its focus is enterprise infrastructure rather than inexpensive Shared Hosting, basic domain packages, or unmanaged virtual servers. The portfolio combines Managed Hosting, Managed VPS, Private Cloud, Public Cloud, Hybrid Cloud, Multicloud, Co-Location, Disaster Recovery, Managed Storage, Connectivity, CDN, security, and application management.

Managed Hosting provides fully managed infrastructure with 24/7/365 monitoring and operational support. Backup, recovery, networking, security, operating-system administration, storage, and load balancing can be incorporated into a deployment. It is well suited to companies that require dedicated infrastructure without maintaining every underlying system entirely through their own IT staff.

Storage is divided into Performance, Capacity, and Archive classes. Performance storage supports encryption at rest and dedicated IOPS reaching 40,000, with recovery objectives below one hour. Capacity storage is appropriate for business applications, backup, disaster recovery, and larger data sets, while Archive storage targets long-term information where an RTO below 24 hours is sufficient.

Managed VPS provides virtualized resources combined with infrastructure management. These environments are aimed at business workloads rather than the inexpensive self-service VPS market. Management can cover the operating system, security, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery.

The Private Cloud platform combines dedicated compute, virtualization, storage, networking, security, backup, and management services. Private cloud environments can be interconnected with customer premises and public-cloud resources, making this a practical option for workloads that need dedicated infrastructure while still participating in a hybrid-cloud architecture.

Public-cloud services cover Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Centrilogic handles architecture, migration, provisioning, monitoring, lifecycle management, security, optimization, and ongoing administration. Different applications can therefore remain on the platform best suited to them while still receiving centralized operational management.

Hybrid Cloud and Multicloud services connect Centrilogic infrastructure with hyperscale public clouds and customer-owned systems. This arrangement is useful where compliance requirements, data residency, latency, existing infrastructure, or application dependencies prevent an organization from moving everything into a single public cloud.

Managed Cloud Operations can include operating-system patching, backup, monitoring, identity and access administration, network management, automation, DevOps assistance, security, and cloud cost optimization. Larger engagements can also include dedicated technical account and customer-success resources.

Co-Location Hosting is available for businesses that want to retain ownership of their physical servers and network equipment. Deployment options include fractional cabinets, full cabinets, cages, and private suites. Remote hands, firewall and VPN management, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanning, storage, backup, operating-system management, load balancing, and migration assistance can be added.

Disaster Recovery as a Service provides replication and failover between Centrilogic infrastructure, customer facilities, and cloud environments. Virtual machines and related infrastructure can be continuously replicated, while recovery environments can be tested without taking the primary production workload offline.

Different disaster-recovery tiers provide different RTO and RPO targets. Premium configurations can reach an RTO of approximately two hours and an RPO of 15 minutes, which is appropriate for important business systems where extended downtime or substantial data loss would be unacceptable.

Connectivity services include Dedicated Internet Access, private networking, IP VPN, Ethernet, wavelength services, SD-WAN, cloud connectivity, and CDN. Dedicated Internet Access can reach 10 Gbps, while private cloud connectivity makes it possible to connect infrastructure directly with major cloud platforms instead of routing every workload exclusively through the public Internet.

Centrilogic has expanded considerably through acquisitions. The Capris Group joined Centrilogic in 2013, strengthening managed hosting and Toronto-area infrastructure. Adveniat was acquired in 2014, followed by Advanced Knowledge Networks in 2015. Managed-services specialist ManageForce and Microsoft Azure specialist ObjectSharp joined the group in 2020, Oracle cloud specialist 3RP in 2021, and Canadian cloud and managed-services provider WatServ in 2022.

A strategic equity investment from TriSpan Opportunities Fund and Long Point Capital was completed in 2018, supporting further expansion of the business.

Security and compliance are important parts of the enterprise service model. Centrilogic supports environments associated with PCI DSS, SOC 1 Type 2, SOC 2 Type 2, and ISO standards, while additional managed security controls can be incorporated into cloud and hosted infrastructure.
