*📜 Plan description
Cloud Starter + is the expanded version of the entry cloud package for projects that have outgrown the smallest configuration but still need the same managed operating model. It includes 2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM, 100 GB SSD storage, a 100 Mbps connection and 1 public IPv4 address. First-level management, remote-site backups and the same service framework as Cloud Starter are included. Regular backups are retained over 5 days, while the managed service covers proactive monitoring, incident resolution, updates and security patches. The plan is suitable for growing business websites and applications that need more processing power, memory and storage without moving immediately to a fully custom cloud architecture. The customer continues to work through the technical support ticket system instead of managing the server alone. No numerical public price is shown and the subscription is quoted by Celeonet.
Celeonet delivers sovereign B2B infrastructure from France and designs each environment around the customer's application, security, resilience and growth requirements. The service combines hosting with ongoing technical management, monitoring and support rather than leaving the customer to administer the underlying platform alone. The provider has operated since 2003, uses ISO 27001-certified environments, maintains HDS certification for health-data activities, and operates infrastructure in French datacenters, including its own Tier 3-class facility in the Paris region. A Paris- and Lyon-based team provides account follow-up, incident response and platform evolution. Daily or external backups, proactive monitoring, security maintenance and an in-house customer interface may be incorporated according to the selected architecture.

📄 Editorial Review
Celeonet is a French cloud, hosting and managed IT infrastructure provider established in 2003. The company operates from the Paris and Lyon regions and focuses primarily on professional customers that need managed servers, cloud platforms, secure application hosting and outsourced infrastructure administration.Celeonet has evolved well beyond conventional shared website hosting. Its current portfolio is designed for companies, software vendors, healthcare organizations, agencies, online retailers and other businesses that need reliable infrastructure without maintaining a large internal systems team. The service range covers public cloud, private cloud, hybrid cloud, event cloud, HDS-certified cloud hosting, managed dedicated servers, remote storage, Microsoft 365 administration, application hosting and on-site IT management.
The company has approximately 10–19 employees and serves more than 1,000 customers. Its registered activities include data processing, website hosting and IT consulting. Celeonet generated approximately €1.45 million in revenue during 2024. L5S Holding became the company president in January 2025, following the long-running management period associated with Yann Szkolnik and Delphine Chappuis.
Public Cloud provides flexible virtual resources on shared infrastructure. Processing capacity, memory and storage can be adjusted as applications grow, while consumption-based billing avoids paying permanently for unused capacity. Management, monitoring, security maintenance and backups are handled by Celeonet. Backup copies are retained for 30 days on remote NAS infrastructure, while geographic replication and regularly tested recovery procedures add protection against a serious platform failure.
Private Cloud gives one customer dedicated physical resources and an isolated internal network. Multiple virtual machines can operate inside the allocated environment, with private connections available between cloud resources, company offices and external providers. Supported virtualization technologies include VMware, Proxmox, Hyper-V and OpenStack. Hybrid architectures can also connect Celeonet infrastructure with Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure.
Cloud Event is a temporary high-capacity hosting environment for ticket sales, media appearances, private-sale campaigns, product launches and other events that generate sudden traffic peaks. Available configurations range from 1 to 128 CPU cores, 2 GB to 1,024 GB RAM and network capacity reaching 10 Gbps. Resources can remain active for a few hours, several days or multiple months, and the infrastructure can be adjusted while the campaign is running.
Cloud HDS is intended for healthcare companies, medical software developers and organizations that process sensitive health information. Celeonet holds ISO 27001:2022 certification and HDS certification covering activities 2 through 6, while activity 1 is supported through appropriately certified facilities. The environment includes secured backups, infrastructure maintenance, continuous supervision and 24/7 technical assistance. Personal health information remains within the European Economic Area.
Cloud Starter provides a smaller managed environment for corporate websites, development platforms and less demanding business applications. The standard configuration includes 1 vCPU, 2 GB RAM, 30 GB SSD storage, a 100 Mbps connection and one public IPv4 address. Cloud Starter+ increases capacity to 2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM and 100 GB SSD storage. Both configurations include first-level management, ticket support and remote backups retained for five days.
Dedicated Servers use Intel Xeon or AMD EPYC processors, ECC memory and NVMe SSD storage. Traffic is unlimited, a dedicated IP address is included and operating-system options include Debian, Ubuntu and Windows Server. The managed service incorporates monitoring, system updates, external backups, custom firewall policies, anti-DDoS protection and 24/7 intervention. Hardware resources can be expanded when a workload requires additional capacity.
Synology Storage supports remote backups, shared network storage, office synchronization and NAS replication. Its architecture follows the 3-2-1 backup principle, with incremental versions kept in France. Synology Hyper Backup can encrypt information before transmission, allowing the customer to retain control of the encryption key. This service is particularly useful for companies that already operate a Synology NAS but need an off-site copy of important data.
The managed Microsoft 365 service covers deployment, account configuration, email migration and ongoing administration. Supported applications include Exchange, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Access and OneDrive. Celeonet can migrate an existing mail environment and continue managing users, subscriptions and configuration after the transition.
On-site IT management extends the service to office networks, workstations, telephony systems, internet connections, local backups and Microsoft 365 installations. Hardware supply mainly uses HP equipment, while recurring support agreements can cover maintenance, monitoring and technical intervention.
The wider managed-services portfolio ranges from basic server monitoring to complete 24/7 infrastructure administration. Available work includes operating-system maintenance, Level 1 through Level 3 intervention, performance supervision, SMS alerts, encrypted backups, custom retention schedules, endpoint XDR protection and network or application firewall administration.
Linux management is available for VPS platforms, dedicated servers and more complex cloud installations running Debian, Ubuntu or CentOS. Application stacks using Apache, Nginx, MySQL and PostgreSQL can also be optimized and maintained.
Celeonet can host and migrate business applications, including database systems, internal tools and customer-facing platforms. The work can cover architecture planning, migration, performance tuning, backup configuration, monitoring and continuing operational maintenance. Software development is handled separately, although external development partners may be introduced when a project requires one.
The website is available in French only, and no multi-language localized version exists. Services are priced in euros. The interface is modern, responsive and clearly oriented toward professional infrastructure customers rather than entry-level shared-hosting buyers.
