*📜 Plan description

CDN77 Product Stack is a combined on-request CDN, cloud, media, DNS, and security service group for organizations that need global content delivery, live streaming, adaptive video, private CDN capacity, DNS, edge computing, dedicated compute, high-bandwidth cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes-based containers, real-time edge analytics, observability, AI infrastructure, video processing, origin protection, content-access controls, and L3/L4 DDoS mitigation under one connected platform.

HTTP Objects Content Delivery delivers static and dynamic assets through a globally distributed CDN for media sites, e-commerce stores, software platforms, high-traffic applications, and any web service that needs faster page and asset delivery. The service offloads origin infrastructure, improves responsiveness, and uses distributed caching to serve content from edge locations closer to end users.

Live Streaming Delivery is built for low-latency live video workflows and can achieve under-5-second latency for sports, social live streaming, interactive broadcasts, and other real-time media events. It helps keep streams smooth and responsive while using CDN77 edge delivery footprint and technical support for production traffic.

Adaptive Media Delivery serves the best available video quality for each device and connection by adjusting bitrate to network conditions. It is suitable for VOD and streaming platforms that need stable playback across different bandwidth levels, devices, and regions without forcing a single fixed stream quality.

HTTP-FLV Content Delivery is intended for FLV streaming over CDN77 edge locations, including support for H.265 inside FLV and H2Q protocol workflows. It supports streaming scenarios where FLV delivery remains part of the playback architecture and stable worldwide distribution is required.

Private CDN provides dedicated CDN infrastructure with dedicated caching layers for stronger control over capacity, routing, performance, and security. It is designed for customers that need their own delivery environment rather than a standard shared delivery model, usually because of scale, predictable capacity, compliance, custom routing, or specialized operational requirements.

Global DNS resolves domains through anycast DNS backed by the CDN77 global network. It is aimed at fast and reliable DNS resolution and can complement content delivery by keeping DNS response paths closer to end users and improving the reliability of entry points into CDN-backed services.

Edge Computing lets workloads execute custom functions across CDN77 globally distributed edge network, closer to end users and traffic sources. It is suited for logic that benefits from reduced latency, regional execution, traffic-aware processing, and delivery-layer customization at the edge.

Dedicated CPU services provide reserved compute power for high-performance applications and resource-intensive use cases. The service is suitable for workloads that need predictable compute resources rather than shared capacity, with use cases around heavy processing, traffic platforms, and application components that benefit from guaranteed CPU allocation.

High Bandwidth + CPU Services combine compute resources with high network throughput for workloads that are both CPU-heavy and bandwidth-intensive. This makes the product relevant for delivery-adjacent applications, origin processing, data movement, media handling, analytics, and other workloads that require both processing capacity and large network output.

Containers through the Kubernetes Engine provide a managed container layer for deploying, scaling, and managing workloads on CDN77 edge-oriented infrastructure. The product is in beta and targets fast rollouts, container orchestration, edge workloads, and architectures that need to cut egress fees while staying close to delivery infrastructure.

Edge Insights gives real-time analytics and operational visibility through a unified API that turns raw edge traffic data into metrics. It is suited for teams that need to understand CDN behavior, traffic patterns, resource performance, and operational conditions without building all analytics pipelines from scratch.

Observability Platform is a beta cloud-native monitoring and analysis service for high-volume log streams. It supports data ingestion, ETL, real-time analysis, and actionable dashboards in one environment, making it useful for teams that need operational insight across large traffic volumes.

Private AI Infrastructure provides GPU-accelerated infrastructure for AI and machine-learning workloads such as model training, inference, and large dataset processing at the edge. It is designed for customers that need dedicated AI-oriented infrastructure rather than generic public compute, especially when data volume, latency, or delivery proximity matter.

Video Origin Services host and serve video content from origin infrastructure built for media workflows. The service focuses on performance, reliability, low-latency delivery support, and origin behavior suited to video platforms that need a strong backend for CDN-delivered streaming and VOD libraries.

Video Encoding transcodes and packages videos into streaming formats such as HLS and DASH for web and mobile playback. It is useful for media workflows that need consistent output formats, adaptive streaming preparation, and scalable processing before delivery to viewers.

Video Processing covers media workflow operations such as screenshot generation, DVR, and timeshift functionality. It is built to optimize the flow from ingest to playback and is relevant to live, event, and VOD platforms that need more than simple file delivery.

HTML5 Video Player provides a customizable and responsive player for embedding video playback with support for adaptive streaming and DRM integration. It fits services that need a player layer connected to CDN77 media delivery and protection workflows.

Origin Shielding reduces origin load by caching content at a mid-tier layer before requests reach the origin. It improves origin availability, reduces repeated origin fetches, and can lower delivery costs by keeping more traffic within CDN77 caching architecture.

Content Protection restricts access to content using token-based controls, IP and geo blocking, DRM-related workflows, referrer restrictions, and client-specific custom configurations. It is intended for publishers and platforms that need to prevent unauthorized access, hotlinking, unwanted geographic access, or misuse of protected assets.

L3/L4 DDoS Protection mitigates protocol and volume-based attacks at the network layer using CDN77 proprietary scalable always-on protection. The CDN architecture distributes and absorbs attack traffic across the network so protected services can continue operating under hostile traffic conditions.

The platform runs on a 290 Tbps global network with 200 PoPs across 130 countries, a 37 Tbps private backbone, super PoPs, embedded PoPs inside ISP data centers, 100/400GE infrastructure, latency-based routing, direct access to major carriers, more than 300 private peerings, and direct local access to 3000+ ISPs. It is built for high-volume delivery, low latency, and stable service quality for end users in many regions. Core delivery features include multilayer caching, request collapsing, content protection, advanced DDoS protection, custom rules, API management, analytics, and live operational visibility.

The cloud infrastructure is connected to the CDN77 edge network and is intended for workloads that need proximity to end users, strong throughput, and integration with delivery services. The stack includes S3-compatible storage, edge execution, dedicated compute resources, Kubernetes-based containers, logging, analytics, observability, and AI-oriented infrastructure. Management is handled through the CDN77 Client Panel and API, with billing support for monthly plans and CDN Credit for overages or additional services.

Media services are designed for video workflows from ingest to playback, including live delivery, VOD delivery, encoding, processing, player delivery, and integration with adaptive streaming formats. The same delivery network, edge footprint, caching layers, private backbone, and support organization apply to media workloads, making the stack suitable for high-volume streaming, events, social live video, premium video platforms, and services that require stable worldwide playback.

Security capabilities protect applications, content, and origin infrastructure through origin shielding, content-access controls, secure tokens, IP and geo restrictions, DRM-related workflows, referrer controls, rate controls, multilayer security, and proprietary L3/L4 DDoS protection. Network-level protection benefits from CDN77 large delivery footprint, private backbone, traffic monitoring, and capacity distribution across global edge infrastructure.

Support is available 24/7 through email, helpdesk, and live chat, with live chat replies typically under one minute. Larger or more complex production environments can include Slack Connect style communication, a dedicated account specialist, direct access to L2/L3 engineers, migration assistance, testing, workflow tuning, custom rules, and engineering involvement for specialized CDN, media, cloud, and security designs.

📄 Editorial Review

CDN77 is a specialist Content Delivery Network, edge infrastructure, object storage, media delivery and security provider operated by DataCamp Limited, a UK company headquartered in London with an additional office in Prague. The company is founder-led by Zdenek Cendra and has operated since 2011, building a technical profile around high-volume content delivery, VOD, live streaming, software distribution, gaming traffic, edge logic and private CDN infrastructure.

CDN77 is not a classic low-cost web hosting provider. It does not target the shared hosting, domain registration, cPanel hosting, website builder or cheap VPS market. Their best fit is a business that already runs an application, media platform, website, game launcher, software download portal, SaaS service or streaming project and needs faster global delivery, lower origin load, stronger cache control, better video handling or a more flexible CDN alternative to hyperscale platforms.

Their portfolio is broad and infrastructure-oriented. Content Delivery & Network Services include HTTP object delivery, live streaming delivery, adaptive media delivery, HTTP-FLV delivery, Private CDN and Global DNS. For media-heavy customers, CDN77 is especially strong because video delivery is one of their central specializations. Support for MP4, HLS, MPEG-DASH, CMAF, VOD, live streaming, video origin, transcoding, DVR/timeshift, screenshots and HTML5 player workflows makes it suitable for streaming platforms, broadcasters, e-learning providers and media libraries.

The Cloud Computing side adds Edge Computing, S3-compatible Cloud/Object Storage, Dedicated CPU, high-bandwidth CPU services, Kubernetes/containers in beta, real-time log streaming, analytics, observability and private AI infrastructure. Their edge-computing product is developer-focused, with request inspection, authentication, routing, cache-key normalization, KV storage, Rust SDK and WebAssembly-based edge plugins.

Security is also well covered. CDN77 includes origin shielding, content protection, secure tokens, signed URLs, IP and geo controls, hotlink protection, TLS 1.3, InstantSSL via Let’s Encrypt, custom SNI certificates, L3/L4 DDoS protection and proprietary filtering. This combination works well for high-bandwidth customers because performance, origin protection and attack mitigation are handled inside the same delivery stack.

The company has meaningful scale. CDN77 is connected with $218M annual revenue in 2025, more than 14 years on the market, 1000+ clients, 290 Tbps network capacity and usage by well-known brands such as STARZ, Rakuten TV, Udemy, ESL, Avast and Banijay. LinkedIn places the company in the 51–200 employee range and confirms the 2011 foundation year.
