BuyCloud Indonesia is an Indonesian cloud hosting, domain, SSL, and online infrastructure provider operating since 2009. Based in Jakarta, the company combines VPS services with WordPress hosting, domain registration and transfers, domain backordering and auctions, reseller services, SSL certificates, and Google Workspace. Its website is available in Indonesian and English, although some sections of the English version still retain Indonesian content.

The main infrastructure product is Cloud Server / VPS, using flexible daily billing rather than requiring customers to commit to a conventional monthly server contract. Entry configurations include 2 CPU cores, 2 GB RAM, 20 GB SSD storage, IPv4, and IPv6. Larger virtual servers increase CPU, RAM, and SSD resources substantially. Linux operating systems include CentOS, Ubuntu, Fedora, and Debian, while Windows is also available with selected configurations.

Cloud storage runs on the MaxIOPS platform using enterprise-class SSD storage. The infrastructure also incorporates private networking between cloud locations and InfiniBand networking for internal connectivity. Intel processors are used for compute workloads, while IPv6 connectivity is included without an additional charge.

WordPress Hosting provides a simpler managed hosting option. WP Starter includes 10 GB storage, while WP Advance includes 50 GB. Both packages come with unmetered bandwidth, free SSL, and SSH access. DNS integration is available through Cloudflare, while WP Advance also includes CDN functionality.

Domain services form another important part of BuyCloud's business. Customers can register and transfer international and Indonesian domains, including extensions such as .id, .co.id, .my.id, and .web.id. Domain registrations can include DNS management and email forwarding.

The Domain Backorder service monitors registered domains and attempts to secure them after expiration. If several customers place a backorder for the same domain, the name can proceed to the auction system. When acquisition is unsuccessful, the corresponding credit can remain available for another attempt or be moved to another backorder.

Domain Auction complements this service with real-time bidding for expired domains. The Domain Reseller platform is designed for agencies and domain businesses, providing white-label selling, custom margins, storefront functionality, integrated payment options, and WHMCS connectivity.

BuyCloud also offers several types of SSL certificates, including PositiveSSL, EssentialSSL, PositiveSSL Wildcard, EssentialSSL Wildcard, and PositiveSSL Multi Domain. These cover single-domain, wildcard, and multi-domain requirements, with CSR generation and certificate-ordering tools integrated into the service workflow. Certificate products support up to 256-bit encryption and use 2048-bit root certificates.

Google Workspace is available for customers who need business email and collaboration services using Gmail, cloud storage, calendars, and other Google productivity tools. Existing domains can be connected, and migration from other email platforms is supported.

Additional services include CDN, S3-compatible storage, and Secure DNS, although these products remain marked as coming soon rather than being part of the generally available commercial catalog.
