The business was founded by Siniša "Sonny" Burina, while the present legal entity, SINIŠA BURINA PR AGENCIJA ZA PRUŽANJE HOSTING USLUGA I KONSALTING BURINA.NET INĐIJA, was registered on March 23, 2016. It operates under Serbian registration number 64168126 and tax number 109432478.

The company combines traditional hosting with technical consulting and system-administration services. Its current portfolio covers Shared Web Hosting, Domain Registration, KVM VPS, Dedicated Servers, SSL Certificates, Software and professional IT services. The website and customer environment are available in English and Serbian, while hosting and domain products can be ordered in RSD and EUR.

Shared hosting is divided into Basic, Standard, Advanced and Pro packages.
