Co-Location supports customer-owned servers, switches and routers in secure data-center facilities, with space ranging from a single 1U server in a shared rack to full racks and private locked cages. Power can start at 200 watts for a single server and scale to redundant rack feeds of up to 22 kW. Network access is available through 100 Mbps, 1 Gbps, 10 Gbps and 100 Gbps ports, while pricing is prepared as a tailored quote. Customers retain responsibility for operating and managing their own equipment and software, making the service suitable for Linux or Windows infrastructure that requires professional housing without transferring system administration to the facility operator. Remote management can be performed through the Internet, physical access is available through an on-call duty service, and optional 24/7/365 personal access can be arranged. Remote-hands engineers can install hardware, assist with fault and change management, perform on-site repairs, and replace failed components. Local vendor relationships also support rapid delivery of cables, connectors, optical modules, SFP and SFP+ components, server parts and other rack peripherals. The service is available through data centers in Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen, London, Amsterdam and New York. Its rack inventory includes 32 cabinets measuring 75 cm wide by 107 cm deep and 168 cabinets measuring 60 cm wide by 120 cm deep, all with 42U height. Installed electrical capacity includes 400 V 1600 kVA infrastructure, backup generation, UPS protection and redundant A and B 11 kW feeds. The facility supports 400 V three-phase AC, 230 V single-phase AC, 350 V DC and 48 V DC. Power is sourced from renewable hydroelectric generation, waste heat is reused locally, and network equipment can be supported by solar panels. Redundant meet-me rooms, low-cost cross-connects and at least 24 pre-cabled fibers from each rack provide flexible carrier access. On-net dark-fiber providers include Telia, Telenor, Hafslund Fiber, GlobalConnect and Viken Fiber, with access to local peering fabrics including FIXO and NIX1.
Blix NR5 Oslo is another 1,000+ square meter AC3 facility, opened in 2025 with 2 MW already installed and infrastructure prepared for expansion to 3 MW. It includes more than 144 racks in 42U, 48U or 52U formats, with cabinets up to 80 cm wide and 120 cm deep. Power resilience is based on two backup generators, three UPS systems and redundant A and B 22 kW feeds for each rack. The site uses renewable hydroelectric power, carries ISO 27001 and Eco-Lighthouse credentials, and provides redundant meet-me rooms with at least 24 fibers pre-cabled to every rack. Campus cross-connects link NR5 with BDC Oslo, while available dark-fiber providers include Blix Fiber, Eidsiva Digital, GlobalConnect, Telia and Telenor.
The underlying AS50304 network uses redundant Internet connections, extensive peering and native IPv6. Customer connections are separated through unique VLAN and IP domains to reduce the risk of traffic sniffing or address capture between tenants. The backbone supports fast convergence, high-capacity routes, point-to-point connectivity and proactive incident communication for planned maintenance and service events. Support is available by email, telephone and a ticket system that assigns a trackable ticket number and preserves the history of each request.
