Bizcn.com, Inc. (商中在线科技股份有限公司) is a long-established Chinese Internet infrastructure and enterprise services provider headquartered in Xiamen, Fujian. The business started in September 2001 in Xiamen, expanded to Shanghai in 2002, became one of the first CNNIC-certified .CN registrars in December 2002, and obtained ICANN registrar accreditation in May 2003. The company later entered China's National Equities Exchange and Quotations under stock code 831916.

There is a distinction between the operating history and the present listed corporate entity. Bizcn's business history dates to 2001, while the current listed legal company was established on November 23, 2007. Pan-Asia Information Technology Jiangsu Co., Ltd. (泛亚信息技术江苏有限公司) is the controlling shareholder, and Yan Jian'ou is the actual controller. Bizcn became part of the Pan-Asia group structure in 2013, followed by the acquisition of Wuxi Pan-Asia and Xinwang Interconnect Software in February 2016.

Bizcn has developed far beyond its original domain-registration activity. Its current portfolio includes domain registration, shared hosting, cloud servers, dedicated servers, server colocation, rack and bandwidth rental, enterprise email, SSL certificates, website security, website builders, mini-program development and other enterprise Internet services. Domains remain one of Bizcn's core businesses. The catalog covers Chinese, traditional generic and newer domain extensions, including .com, .cn, .中国, .net, .top, .club, .vip, .shop, .design and .tech. Close to 10 million domains have been registered through its systems. Domain services include registration, transfers, renewals, redemption, bulk searches, bulk registration, WHOIS lookup, domain certificates, fixed-price domain trading, domain locking and independent domain-management tools.

WHOIS privacy is available for supported extensions. International domains can use free WHOIS information protection, while .cn and .中国 registrations have a separate privacy service. Registrant information can therefore be protected without transferring ownership or management control away from the customer.

For regular websites, Bizcn's main shared-hosting family is Anju Hosting, divided into Anju Lite, Anju and Anju Pro. Domestic hosting uses a 10-line BGP environment and supports both Windows and Linux. Anju Lite allows five domain bindings, 100 IIS connections and 10 GB monthly transfer. Anju increases this to 10 domains, 150 connections and 20 GB, while Anju Pro provides 20 domains, 300 connections and 50 GB.

The hosting packages include scheduled automatic backups together with customer-created manual backups. Disaster recovery can be completed within approximately five minutes in supported scenarios. File-permission controls and account isolation add protection against common website security problems. Anju and Anju Pro also include a one-year trial of the Whale Xuan corporate email service.

Some technical specifications in the Anju range are clearly oriented toward legacy applications. Compatibility information includes Windows Server 2012, PHP 5.2-5.5, older ASP.NET releases and several older CMS components. Customers planning modern WordPress, PHP 8.x or contemporary application deployments should therefore confirm the currently available runtime before purchasing.

Another shared-hosting option operates on Alibaba Cloud infrastructure and includes entry-level and economy virtual-host packages. Bizcn also maintains the Baidu Container Cloud Host range. These Linux container packages use Docker-style resource isolation, dedicated bandwidth and MySQL, with availability in mainland China and Hong Kong. Configurations range from small personal websites to larger packages with 2 GB RAM. Automated hot migration can move workloads when an underlying physical host experiences a failure, and this service carries a 99.99% SLA.

The cloud server catalog is considerably broader and includes infrastructure from Huawei Cloud, JD Cloud, China Mobile Cloud, Tencent Cloud, Volcengine and other Chinese cloud platforms. Instances can be purchased monthly, quarterly or annually and scaled according to demand. Management functions include operating-system reinstallation, line changes, backup recovery, restart operations and automated FTP/IIS configuration.

CPU, memory and disk resources can be increased without reinstalling the operating system on supported cloud products. Load balancing is also available for applications that need traffic distribution across multiple instances.

An important distinction is that much of this cloud portfolio uses infrastructure supplied by major public-cloud operators rather than a single standardized Bizcn VPS platform. This arrangement can be convenient for Chinese businesses that prefer consolidated domains, billing, support and cloud procurement, although the infrastructure provider, location, SLA and management options vary according to the selected cloud product.

For physical infrastructure, Bizcn provides dedicated server rental, server colocation, full rack rental and dedicated bandwidth. Available environments include China Telecom, China Unicom, dual-line and BGP connectivity. Dedicated server packages combine hardware, rack space, network access, initial security configuration, fault diagnostics and hardware replacement assistance.

Some listed dedicated-server configurations are based on older hardware such as Intel Core i3-6100, i5-6400, Xeon E3-1230v3, E3-1231v3 and older Xeon E5 processors. These systems can still be useful for inexpensive legacy workloads, but customers requiring modern virtualization, high-performance databases or CPU-intensive applications should request current-generation hardware before ordering.

The security portfolio includes SSL certificates in DV, OV and EV classes together with centralized certificate lifecycle management. 360 Security Cloud adds Web application firewall functions, CC attack mitigation, IPv4/IPv6 protection, anti-tampering, crawler controls, monitoring and security CDN features. Website security monitoring can run 7×24 hours for vulnerability detection, availability monitoring, malware detection and content monitoring.

JD Cloud Star Shield extends the range with additional protection and acceleration services.

Enterprise email is another substantial part of the portfolio. Whale Xuan AI Email combines corporate email with AI-assisted functions and security technology. JiZhi Cloud Mail integrates email with employee communication and work reminders, while Whale Intelligence Mail is designed for international email delivery and enterprise customization. JiZhi's overseas standard package includes 5 GB per mailbox, anti-spam filtering, large attachments, account grouping and multiple administrator permissions.

Website creation is available through Whale Xuan Smart Site and Kuaike Cloud Site Builder. Kuaike uses visual drag-and-drop editing with a large template library. A single management environment can cover PC websites, mobile sites, WeChat, mini-programs and app content, making the service practical for smaller Chinese companies wanting a complete online presence without developing each channel separately.

Bizcn is primarily oriented toward the Chinese market. Product pricing is in Chinese yuan (CNY/RMB), and the current service catalog does not have a complete English-language version. Mobile access to Bizcn services is available, although parts of the hosting and dedicated-server catalog still retain older technical specifications.
