BiswasHost is a Bangladesh-origin hosting company founded by Benjamin Biswas in 2012. The business began in July 2012 as a freelance web-design operation under BiswasIT, expanded into domain registration and hosting by 2014, obtained its first trade license in 2016, and was formally incorporated as Biswas Host Ltd in Bangladesh on February 4, 2020. International operations were later expanded through Biswas Host LLC, formed in New Mexico on September 10, 2025. The Bangladesh company is also a member of the e-Commerce Association of Bangladesh (e-CAB), with membership ID 531.

The service range is considerably broader than that of a basic shared-hosting provider. BiswasHost covers Domain Registration, Domain Transfer, Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting, SSL Certificates, DNS/CDN, Cloud Servers, VPS, Dedicated Servers, Managed Cloud, Managed VPS, Managed Dedicated Servers, Website Design, Google Workspace, CloudLinux licenses and Imunify360 licenses. The website is primarily in English, while customer support can also accommodate Bengali. Billing is available in both USD and BDT, an important advantage for customers in Bangladesh who prefer local payment methods.

CWP Web Hosting is the main shared-hosting platform. It runs with CWP Pro and combines Apache, Nginx, Varnish and PHP-FPM. PHP versions from 5.3 through 8.5 are available, together with GitHub deployment, Softaculous, Node.js applications, MongoDB on supported packages, remote MySQL access and n8n support. Free SSL is included, together with integration through Cloudflare. Hosting locations include Bangladesh, Singapore, Finland and the United States.

The entry CWP5 package provides 5 GB NVMe storage, unmetered bandwidth, a 2 GB memory limit, 40 entry processes and support for as many as 20 addon domains. Larger packages increase storage, CPU allocation, I/O, inode allowances and application limits. Email accounts are unlimited within the package limits, although outbound email remains subject to hourly sending restrictions.

CWP Reseller Hosting uses the same general technology stack while allowing customers to create separate hosting accounts. Smaller reseller packages begin with dozens of accounts and tens of gigabytes of NVMe storage, while larger configurations support hundreds of customer accounts and substantially more capacity. This is a practical option for web agencies, developers and small hosting businesses that want account separation without maintaining an entire VPS.

BiswasHost also has unlimited hosting packages, but unlimited resources remain governed by fair-use rules. Inode restrictions still apply, individual files larger than 1 GB can be removed, and shared-hosting storage cannot be used as a general backup repository, software archive, movie library or file-sharing platform. Accounts generating excessive resource consumption or affecting other customers can also be restricted. The unlimited label is therefore best understood as generous normal website usage rather than unrestricted storage or processing capacity.

Domain services are comprehensive enough for customers who want to keep registration and hosting under one account. Domain Registration includes DNS management, DNSSEC, child nameservers, WHOIS privacy, theft protection, email forwarding, domain forwarding and access to the EPP transfer code. Transfers normally extend the domain registration period by one year. Pricing varies by extension, with .com registrations around the low-to-mid $13 range at the time of the latest pricing, while renewal costs can be somewhat higher.

For security and DNS, Cloudflare DNS is available without a separate service fee and brings DNS administration, Universal SSL/TLS, CDN caching, proxying, DDoS protection, analytics and limited WAF functionality. The server portfolio is divided into several distinct product families. Cloud VM Hosting provides NVMe storage, dedicated IPv4/IPv6 connectivity, gigabit-class networking and deployment across as many as 32 datacenter locations. Budget Cloud Hosting targets lower-cost unmanaged KVM instances in Germany and Finland, with NVMe storage, DDoS protection, IPv4/IPv6 and large traffic allocations.

The VPS catalog is even more extensive. Linux VPS Hosting uses KVM virtualization and includes NVMe storage, IPv4/IPv6, DDoS protection, root access, operating-system reinstall, console access and reverse DNS on compatible locations. Available regions include Canada, Australia, Singapore, France, Poland, Germany, the United Kingdom, Italy, India and the United States.

Budget VPS Hosting concentrates on larger resource allocations at relatively low monthly prices. Location Based VPS is designed for customers who prioritize geographic reach and can be provisioned in as many as 66 locations, although SMTP and reverse DNS are restricted on that product. Resource Based VPS focuses on larger CPU, RAM and NVMe allocations, with network ports reaching 10 Gbps and locations including London, Tokyo, Montreal, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, San Francisco, Washington, Los Angeles and Singapore.

Dedicated servers are available through three principal ranges. Auction Dedicated Servers use changing inventories of refurbished Hetzner hardware, particularly from Falkenstein in Germany and Helsinki in Finland. Because these are auction systems, processor models, storage configurations and monthly prices change with inventory.

Budget Dedicated Servers provide lower-cost fixed configurations with Linux and Windows choices, while Linux Dedicated Servers offer more substantial hardware, additional IP options and multiple European and North American locations. Some configurations within this range can also accommodate Windows despite the Linux-oriented product name.

For customers who prefer not to administer the server themselves, Managed Cloud Hosting, Managed VPS Hosting and Managed Dedicated Servers add operating-system and hosting-stack management. Managed Cloud uses KVM virtualization and NVMe storage with gigabit networking, Managed VPS reaches up to 10 Gbps on selected locations, and Managed Dedicated Servers combine physical hardware with administration, DDoS protection, IPv4/IPv6 and website migration assistance.

Website Design packages combine website development with hosting, a domain, SSL and Cloudflare CDN, together with an initial support period. WordPress is the default CMS for many projects, while OpenCart, PrestaShop and Magento can be used where appropriate. Google Workspace is available for business email and collaboration, while separate CloudLinux and Imunify360 licenses are useful for administrators running their own hosting environments.

VPS and dedicated-server products are supplied through multiple upstream infrastructure providers. This model gives BiswasHost a much larger location portfolio than would otherwise be practical and explains the wide range of server configurations, IP resources and networking characteristics between individual products.
