Founded in 2010 by Bhavin Turakhia, BigRock brings domain registration and a broad hosting portfolio to the Indian small-business market. The English-language India storefront uses rupee billing and caters to individuals, professionals and agencies as well as businesses. Headquarters are in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Its scale of more than six million domains concerns the domain platform, not six million India-hosting customers.

For Indian customers, the contract is with Endurance International Group (India) Private Limited, CIN U72300MH2012PTC226415, incorporated on January 25, 2012. Its previous name was Directi Web Technology Private Limited; the name changed on June 25, 2019. The February 2026 corporate record names Jeffrey Scott Neace, Christina Clohecy, Raviraj Ramesh Parab and Deepak Dileep Dalwani as directors. The headquarters and legal offices share NESCO IT Building 3: Unit 401 on the fourth floor serves as headquarters, and Unit 501 on the fifth floor is the legal and grievance address. Non-Indian customers contract with P.D.R Solutions (U.S.) LLC, with communications addressed to Jacksonville, Florida, United States.

The brand began within Directi (directi.com). Endurance acquired Directi's web-presence businesses in January 2014, including BigRock, ResellerClub and LogicBoxes. Today the parent is Newfold Digital (newfold.com), created in 2021 by bringing Endurance's web-presence business together with Web.com (web.com) following Clearlake's approximately $3 billion Endurance acquisition. Newfold serves more than six million customers in over 200 countries, a group-wide customer count distinct from BigRock's domain total. Domain registration covers hundreds of extensions and includes DNS management, forwarding, masking and domain locking. The ICANN-accredited registrar is BigRock Solutions Ltd, IANA ID 1495, associated with the international BigRock brand. The two Titan (titan.email) mailboxes available with registration are a 30-day trial, not permanently free business email. Domain Protect+ privacy is a separate purchase. Common choices include .com, .in, .net and .org; some extensions impose different registration terms.

The four Linux shared hosting tiers—Standard, Business, Pro and Ultimate—combine NVMe storage with allowances for one to 20 websites and ten to 100 mail accounts. With managed WordPress hosting, maintenance includes core, theme and plugin updates alongside caching, CSS/JavaScript minification, WebP image handling and lazy loading. Cart and checkout pages are excluded from caching. Four tiers span one to 25 websites, 10–75GB NVMe storage, one or two vCPUs and 300 or 600 concurrent connections. A general 75-website benefit conflicts with the largest current plan's 25-site limit; the selected tier's entitlement is the useful purchasing figure. Windows shared hosting instead serves ASP/ASP.NET and PHP workloads through Windows Server 2022 Standard, MSSQL/MySQL and Plesk.

Agencies can choose Linux reseller hosting with 25–60 cPanel accounts, WHM and 50–200GB NVMe storage. Windows reseller hosting uses Plesk and MailEnable, with country-dependent storage and transfer allocations. WHMCS integration is supported across the reseller services, although integration is different from an included paid license. Self-managed VPS and managed VPS use AMD EPYC-based KVM virtualization, dedicated IPv4 and NVMe storage. The self-managed range starts at one core and 2GB RAM; both ranges reach eight cores, 32GB RAM and 500GB storage. Managed service adds a paid administration package and a mandatory cPanel license.

The four MACH configurations for Linux dedicated servers span four to 12 vCPUs, 32–96GB RAM and 500GB–2TB NVMe storage, with self-managed and fully managed ordering paths. Windows dedicated servers retain an older Intel Xeon configuration with HDD RAID 1, remote desktop and metered traffic. Business email supplies three Titan mailbox tiers, while SSL certificates include single-domain and wildcard certificates from DigiCert. The hosted website builder brings together templates, AI-assisted layouts, images and text, blogging and mobile layouts; Store adds ecommerce and online payments.

Beyond the priced hosting tiers, the service menu includes Google Workspace, quote-based website design, SEO assistance, cWatch website security and Xcitium (xcitium.com) backup services. These services have their own purchasing paths rather than interchangeable hosting entitlements. The legacy cloud-hosting address now leads to ordinary web hosting rather than a separate current cloud-server catalog.
