I have been having a great experience with BigRock to date because I had purchased a starter bundle first and slowly went to a business plan. My website was essentially a stack of many companies that were into transformer spare parts. I used to write about it too in my spare time. Once I started my own business about in the field, and also blogged about it simultaneously, i wanted to move to a better hosting version so I got BigRock domain+hosting starter bundle damn cheap. Only thing is that features had to be more and better..

Got online with BigRock's starter pack (domain+hosting) at a really cheap price. Backup and recovery mechanism is great. Their support team took me through everything. You can even add your requirements and ask them to extend your current plan even if it hasn't expired fully.
