They take care of every issue as quickly as they could and are ready to help you whenever you expect them to. Bigrock administrations are the best when I compare them with my past facilitating suppliers. I used to have numerous issues and those issues exceptionally were left unsolved by their support teams. cPanel was really shaky and hard to utilize. The solutions they offered were pitiful and really not up to mark. Be that as it may, Bigrock is one of the top facilitating suppliers.for me it has been the right decision moving with them.

Decided to use a.COM domain for the new website. Since BigRock's plans were well within our budget and the domain name they offered was exactly what we were searching for, they will be our supplier for both cloud hosting and domain names. It wasn't hard for us to choose amongst the players, but BigRock's price and reputation convinced us that they would be our best option for both cloud hosting and domain names.
As a whole, this encounter has taught us a great deal of new information.

I added an SSL onto my new site (dedicated SSL).. they ensured that it was running smoothly. Also, when I asked them about what I was seeing on the site, they rechecked and confirmed that it was a plugin that was causing an issue which could take down by site’s speed. So, the support team at Bigrock advised me to re-add that plugin an solve the issue only to see that everything was well in order. I have had a great experience with them.
Bigrock’s domain and hosting services comply with international standards. Their domains and hosting plans are relatively inexpensive to start your own blog or even a small business. I have been the host for 2 years. In fact, I didn't run into any issues yet and it’s going well for us..also their support was amazing!
