Bangmod.Cloud belongs to Bangmod Enterprise Co., Ltd., a Bangkok infrastructure company founded by Satanan Sivaporn on July 3, 2013. Sivaporn remains managing director. The business has THB 10 million in registered capital, a Singapore entity named Bangmod Cloud Pte. Ltd., ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, and a Type 1 Thai telecommunications licence effective from November 12, 2025. Its scope now reaches well beyond conventional hosting into public and private cloud, physical servers, enterprise mail, security services, licensing, and custom equipment.

The service environment is mainly Thai, although technical specifications, incident records, and the cloud SLA include English. Accounts are billed in Thai baht, with 7% VAT normally added to listed prices. Cloud provisioning is automated after a qualifying electronic payment, and the proprietary panel gives customers direct control over instance power and package changes.

Linux starts with 1 vCPU, 512 MB RAM, 20 GB SSD, and 2 TB transfer and scales to 12 vCPU, 32 GB RAM, 120 GB SSD, and 20 TB. Windows sizes reach 8 vCPU, 16 GB RAM, and 90 GB SSD. Managed DirectAdmin has four sizes; managed Plesk has six, although its panel licence is charged separately. The Dedicated Server inventory covers Intel Xeon and AMD Ryzen hardware.
