Bacloud is a Lithuanian hosting and data center company founded by Nerijus Bukauskas. Its legal entity was registered on February 10, 2006, while the business and its first data center operations date back to 2005. The company previously operated under the legal name UAB Informacinės sistemos ir technologijos and later adopted the name UAB Bacloud.

Headquartered in Šiauliai, Bacloud has developed from a local hosting business into an international infrastructure provider with services in Lithuania, the Netherlands, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Its most important infrastructure asset is the company-owned data center in Šiauliai, complemented by additional server locations in Dronten, Chicago, and Coventry.

The company serves more than 35,000 customers, has delivered over 57,000 services, and handles approximately 4,000 customer-support interactions each month. Bacloud operates with a team in the 11–50 employee range, while Lithuanian business records indicate approximately 24 insured employees. The entry-level Personal package includes 10 GB of storage, two MySQL databases, five email addresses, and 50 GB of monthly traffic. Business, Professional, Enterprise, and Reseller packages provide progressively larger storage allocations, more memory, higher process limits, additional email capacity, and broader account-management options. Reseller hosting includes separate cPanel accounts and is priced according to the number of accounts included.

Space Hosting is intended for storage-intensive websites and applications. Plans begin with 250 GB of disk space and extend to 1 TB. These packages are hosted in Lithuania and include cPanel, unlimited databases, unlimited email accounts, unmetered bandwidth, daily backups, and SSL support.

Pro Hosting fills the gap between ordinary shared hosting and a virtual server. Each account receives defined CPU and memory resources while retaining the simplicity of cPanel administration. The virtual-server range is one of Bacloud’s strongest areas. Bacloud Drive provides personal and business cloud storage. The free account includes 32 GB, the Personal package includes 1 TB, and Business plans scale from 1 TB to 10 TB with multiple users, account management, and internal file-sharing functions.
